LaTonya Jackson is an artist and illustrator living in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she teaches art to elementary and middle school students. A classically trained artist, LaTonya transitioned to children's illustrations after becoming a mom and experiencing the joy of seeing things through her son's eyes. Esau McCaulley (PhD, St. Andrews) is assistant professor of New Testament at Wheaton College, the author of Reading While Black, and a contributing opinion writer for the New York Times.
