Thinking Out Loud

Quiet eyes reflect inner conflict.  

Deep musings illuminate a wayward soul.

Staring endlessly at a computer screen.  

Caffeine becomes a friend of mine.

Catholic Nuns imparting divine wisdom.  

6pm dinners create space for debate.

Dreams are an extension of life.  

Quiet prayers/Destiny?

Peace....

I search for mrs right in all of the wrong places.  Lonely bars become a home away from home; A thousand smiles touching a chaotic soul.

Time for the millionaire matchmaker?

Writing Zeros

 The world becomes a chaotic place to exist.

 Citizens speak their minds.

 Lost boys/girls seeking a few seconds of peace.

 Dead silence creates eternal mystery.

 Scream!

 I lose my religion one more time.

 Pet sounds inhabit the wanderer.

 The end of the road?  

 Perhaps.

 Not!

Pushing my view of a complex world on an unsuspecting society; I believe today is better than yesterday but tomorrow has to be better than today?

Between Worlds

 A complex soul reflects on Destiny  

 Life becomes a mere illusion of tomorrow

 Tortured beings evolving slowly now

 Success fading into a brilliant sunset

 I move within internal angst

 A philosopher chases nirvana

 Sunrise painting a glorious picture

 Hot java takes me to a higher place 

 perhaps...

A New Start

 Feeling the somber thoughts of despair

 A ray of hope lingering for the moment

 My inner voice makes a bold statement

 Mid-day angst takes my hand

 Quiet laughter comes/goes  

 Holiday cheer is just around the corner  

 Topeka, Kansas coming alive now

 A Tarheel looks for tomorrow  

 Peace.  

 The end?

 Death smiles!
