Beschreibung

Every day, events happen that can be seen from a different perspective. Here I try to document such views. Whether you can agree with that or not is up to you. It may be that you can't exactly agree with that, but there may be problems that would be easier to solve than just with armed force. Our planet would benefit from a different perspective on so many events. That's why I've decided to look at some events in society, politics and climate from a different perspective. Available in bookstores and online for the price of: € 3.99 for monthly newsletter

Foreword

Far be it from me to attack anyone here or to judge anyone. Rather, it is my view of things, as I interpret it below. It may well be that one or the other thinks that this is a radical view of things. But sometimes it seems to me that you bury your head in the sand. Not reacting will solve itself. I believe that this thread runs through the entire writing. As I said, this is not paternalism of anyone, but my opinion on various things at home and abroad.

Right, Left, Democracy, Theocracy and Dictatorship

If you look at the last international elections, you can already see that extreme changes are taking place. There are tendencies towards the left and right, for example, which sooner or later lead to dictatorships. There is another kind of governance in Iran, for example, where it is believed that the clergy and the judiciary can be united, but that will probably not lead to the goal. It may be that democracy also has its negative sides, but this form of government has existed for thousands of years and has of course grown, even if the thesis that power comes from the people is currently set aside. We have seen again and again in history that such extreme forms of government, such as theocracies or dictatorships, could only survive for a short period of time. Such changes are already being tackled with demonstrations and low voter turnout, and those in power are ignoring these facts. There are probably more important problems on these planets that need to be solved than concentrating again and again on extreme directions, for example when you think of global warming. As mentioned, democracy is certainly also susceptible to extremes, but it has also grown over decades, which cannot be said of other directions, because old thinking is always pulled out of the drawer without regard for one's own population.

Decision of the Supreme Court in America

This state credits itself with being the guardian of democracy, and what conclusion does the Supreme Court come to? Is a former president immune to decisions that could harm the country? Donald Trump is not above the law either, even if he sees it differently. As President of America, he should abide by the law just like any other citizen and thus fulfill his responsibility towards the citizen. If the current president also speaks harshly for this decision, this is completely understandable. A president should act in the interests of the citizen and not think about his power. Let's go in a direction worldwide that tries to undermine democracy. This starts with public media, as seen in Slovakia, and then continues to the independent judiciary. This path is likely to go in the direction where democracy is to be abolished. What comes next?
