They have a mentor

Having a success mentor in life is one of the steps to become rich. A mentor can help push you to success fast.
There are five types of success mentors:

Career mentors. Getting a mentor at work you enjoy, trust, and respect can result in success in life. Find someone who is at least two levels above your rank.

Goals only become goals when there is 100% achievability and physical activity. Millionaires subdivide goals into physical action steps that form a to-d0-list, and many have lists that follow a given habit.
Millionaires create success. When you develop processes, you don’t need to think, which requires energy and contributes to decision fatigue. Habits are important because they generate a fuel that can be used to achieve something else.

Think about your lifestyle
Your lifestyle must boost your work. If you are always tired and worn out, you are more likely to procrastinate. Monitor your sleeping habits, what you eat, and exercise. If you take care of your mind and body, they will help you get more done.
Also, remember to control your energy levels during your working day because energy is important to productivity and breaking the habit of procrastination. If you don’t have any energy, you are likely to procrastinate.
It is equally critical to control your energy levels by taking care of your lifestyle. When you do so, you ensure that you have sufficient energy to bring to your work in the first place. By controlling your lifestyle beyond work, you really can boost your work performance.
Be realistic
If you always go to the gym, you should have noticed a large number of people who come in January. These people have made New Year’s Resolutions to get in shape, and they are ready to get it done. But regardless of the best advice of the trainer, they believe that 3 days per week is not enough for them. They report 5 or more days and go flat out each day.
The next thing that happens is that their body fails to cope with this new level of pressure and intensity. They burn out within a few weeks, and that is the last time you see them.
Don’t be like these people. Become realistic about how much work you can complete in a day and focus your plans on that. Completing that work every day will improve your confidence and motivation while preventing stress and burnout. And the more confident you feel, the less likely you are to procrastinate.
Try and do something, regardless of how small it might be
A time comes when it is not important what you do, as long as you are taking some action and get going. If you have been procrastinating a task, select one task on that job and get it done. It doesn’t matter what that job is or how small it is, just get going.
If you repeat this step several times, you will begin to break down your resistance and establish some momentum.
Momentum is a powerful way to overcome the barrier of procrastination, especially where procrastination has become a habit. In these situations, it can be useful first to break the habit of procrastination and get used to getting work done.
Once you are accustomed to the habit of working again, you can concentrate on making sure that the work you are doing is the most critical work that you could be doing.
Become organized
You are organized when you know what needs to be done when it needs to be done and how you are going to get it done. Additionally, your life and working environment are organized in a way that boosts your productivity. This will allow you to avoid overthinking each job and jump straight into taking action.
Just as important as it is, when you are organized, you easily identify all projects which don’t add value to your work. You can then remove these projects, hence reducing the overwhelm and pressure you experience. This limits the probability of procrastination.
There is also a middle ground between tasks that add value and those that don’t. Some projects add value, but you are not the one who should be finishing them. You can outsource this work and create more time and attention in your schedule.
The tendency to be organized is one of the best tools for fixing the habit of procrastination.
Remove what you can
If there are items in your life which you do not want to do, then why are they in your life? Sometimes, the best thing to do is to eliminate something from your life completely.
Yes, there are occasions in your life where you have established the habit of procrastination because you don’t want to be in the position that you are in. You may have to make some changes in your life to get back on track.
If you are genuinely unimpressed with the way things are going in your life, you will have to make some changes because it is not okay being unhappy. When you make drastic changes, you may find that you no longer have any desire to procrastinate.
