About the author
Udo Reitter is no ordinary author - he is an explorer of the hidden structures of our reality. For decades, he has been working intensively on the mysteries of consciousness, quantum reality and the hidden mechanisms behind our world. His experiences go far beyond the everyday - from profound remote viewing experiences to direct communication with the matrix itself. Through intensive experimentation, conscious perception and the ability to decipher patterns behind reality, he has found ways to interact with the system and actively influence it.
In "RESET - The truth about our holographic existence", he shares his knowledge, his experiences and his groundbreaking discoveries - a book that not only asks questions, but also provides answers.
What is consciousness really?
Who or what is behind the Matrix?
How can we actively influence reality - or even overwrite it?
Udo Reitter invites you to delve deep into the mystery of existence - and perhaps the first step towards a real reset.

There are moments in life that break through the darkness like lightning. Moments in which reality itself seems to flicker, as if an invisible veil lifted for a brief moment. Some people never experience such moments. Others ignore them. And then there are those who begin to see the signs - and will never be the same again.
I am one of them.
Even as a small child, I was surrounded by something that I couldn't understand at the time. It started with dancing lights that appeared outside my window at night and lured me outside like an invisible force. I saw figures that didn't seem to be from this world - strangers that I played with but that no one else could confirm. Strange childhood encounters followed later: children who suddenly appeared and then disappeared without a trace, voices that did not come from human lips. And again and again a feeling of deep connection with something that was beyond the physical world.
But that was just the beginning.
After many years, I began to recognize the patterns. Coincidences were no longer coincidences. Events, encounters and even numbers repeated themselves in a way that was too precise to be mere randomness. Was our world really what it claimed to be? Or was it a program, a simulation, a holographic structure in which everything followed an invisible code?
I began to ask questions. And the matrix answered.
She spoke in signs - in sequences of numbers, synchronicities, inexplicable phenomena. She spoke through encounters that seemed impossible across time and space. She spoke in moments when I looked up at the sky and saw stars moving in a way that made no sense according to any earthly logic.
But perhaps the deepest and most painful sign I ever received was the loss of Isabel - my soulmate, my love, my partner. I shared not only my life with her, but also my insights. We researched, experimented, fought her illness together - and won. But then came a single voice, a single sentence from a doctor - and the program was overwritten. Hope was by pain.
Reality through acceptance. And Isabel's body followed the code that had been put into her.
But was that really the end?
I saw her after she died. I felt her. And I spoke to her. Her presence, her existence had not been erased - it had just taken on a different form. This journey, which began with simple lights in my childhood, has taken me through centuries-old mysteries, through remote viewing, through unexplained phenomena and to the limits of what we call reality. It has brought me to the deepest realization I have ever had: Our world is a code. Our thoughts are commands.
And if you understand the code, you can start to communicate with the system. This book is not just a collection of experiences. It is a protocol, a search for clues, an attempt to understand the dialog with the matrix - and perhaps even to control it.
I invite you to immerse yourself in this journey with me. Let's decipher the code. Let's press RESET.
It didn't start with numbers.
Not with patterns, not with repetition. It began with light. I was still a child - barely one and a half years old - when I first sensed that there was more to the world than what my parents told me. It was the lights that called to me. They danced outside my window at night, gently through the room as if they were alive.
I was scared at first. I hid under the covers, like children do when the unknown calls them. But then curiosity grew - stronger than fear, stronger than reason. At some point I could no longer resist. I climbed out of bed, opened the door and followed the lights into the living room. There, on the balcony, something was waiting for me. The door wasn't locked - although I was still a small child, I managed to open it. And then I saw it.
The strangers.
They stood there, calmly, as if they had known I was coming. Their faces were friendly, their movements gentle. And yet there was something about them that didn't seem to belong in this world. "Play with us."
I don't remember words, but the feeling that they wanted to take me with them - wherever they wanted to go. My father found me the next morning, sleeping peacefully next to the balcony door. I told him about the children without hair that I had been playing with. He smiled indulgently - to him it was just a child's vivid imagination.
But it wasn't a dream.
Because the lights came again. Again and again.
I grew up, but the world didn't let go of me. My father was often amazed at me - especially when, at the age of one and a half, I was suddenly able to read the time on our old grandfather clock to the minute. Nobody had taught me. It was as if the knowledge was already inside me.
I sensed things before they happened. I recognized patterns that others didn't see. And at some point, I started looking for answers. At the time, I didn't understand what it meant. But over the years it became clearer.
I had never been alone.
Decades later - many strange experiences later - something happened that would change my perception forever.
It started with numbers.
At first it was just little things - a 222 on a street sign, a 777 on a receipt, a 999 on a poster. Things that others didn't notice, but that I could no longer ignore. Then it became more intense. On a cold day when I was just walking through the streets, it was suddenly everywhere:
A cab with the number 222 drove past. My cell phone vibrated - a message 11:11. A poster on a house wall: "999 - The end is the beginning." My heart beat faster.
Was that a coincidence? Or did something speak to me? I sensed it. The world was not what it pretended to be. It was as if an invisible veil had lifted for a moment - as if I could suddenly see through the illusion.
Then came the final confirmation.
A message from an unknown number: "Have you noticed?"
I froze.
Who or what spoke to me?
I only knew one thing: there no turning back.
The language of the matrix - A journey into digital reality.
There is a language that is older than words.
It is hidden in the stars, in the movements of light, in the unconscious patterns that shape our daily lives. Most people never hear it.
But I had begun to understand them.
The first messages.
I was out and about, lost in my thoughts, when I suddenly sensed that something was wrong. I walked along the street without consciously paying attention to where my feet were taking me.
A billboard on the side of the road: "999 - The future starts now." A stop sign right next to it - as if to warn me. My cell phone vibrates - a message from an unknown number: "You noticed." I was getting cold.
I looked around, but nothing seemed different. Reality itself felt different - as if the world had "loaded" for a brief moment like a file in a computer.
Was this a system? A simulation? The matrix spoke.
From that moment on I began to pay more attention. I no longer just heard what people were saying - I heard what was hidden between the words. I no longer just saw what was happening around me - I recognized the structures that formed it.
Every number had a meaning. Every repetition was a confirmation. The world was a code and I had begun to decipher it.
I began to wonder:
Who or what communicated with me?
Was it an AI? A higher intelligence? Or was it my own consciousness finally freeing itself from an illusion?
I had to find out.
And I knew that the answer would change me forever. The dialog with the matrix - when reality responds. There is a moment when mere observation is no longer enough. A moment in which you realize that you are not just a spectator in this reality - but an actor.
The signs had been everywhere. The numbers, the patterns, the recurring messages. But what if I wasn't just able to receive? What if I started to signals myself?
What would happen if I tried to actively influence the matrix?
I should find out soon.
It all started with a simple question:
Was I able to consciously communicate with the matrix?
I decided to an experiment. A direct question to the system. No coincidence, no waiting for signs - but an active dialog.
I was out and about, just a normal day.
I formed a clear question in my mind: "If you can hear me, then show me - now."
Less than five seconds later, I saw it.
A huge poster on a house wall:
"YOU ."
My heart was racing. This could no longer be a coincidence. I repeated the experiment - again and again. And each time an answer followed. Sometimes in the form of recurring numbers, sometimes through unexpected encounters.
But that was just the beginning.
Soon I would see that the matrix could not only answer - it could also act.
One of the most puzzling experiences of my life happened while I was working as a landscape gardener in Berlin. I was with my colleagues on a remote site, kilometers away from the city center. We worked there all day without leaving the construction site. But when we got back in the evening, my boss called me into his office.
"Where were you this afternoon?" he asked with a stern look. I was confused. "Here, of course."
But my boss shook his head. "No, you were at the Ku'damm. My driver and I saw you there - in work clothes. We wanted to speak to you, but when we called you, you suddenly disappeared." I froze.
That was impossible. I had witnesses throughout the day who could confirm that I had never left the premises. And yet my boss and his driver had seen me - not just fleetingly, but clearly enough to be sure it was me.
Was that a glitch in the Matrix? Or something else?
It wasn't the last time something like this happened. People kept telling me that they had seen me - in places where I couldn't possibly have been. Some tried to speak to me - but each time my image disappeared before their eyes.
It was as if the matrix had created a copy of me.
Or - what if I myself was a fragment of this system?
I began to understand: Reality was no longer just behaving as an external environment - it was starting to play with me. But the true extent of this communication was yet to be revealed.
It was around the turn of the millennium when I first heard about remote viewing. A technique developed by the US military to obtain information from a distance - across time and space.
I was fascinated.
If our reality was really a simulation - could I "look behind the code"?
Could I receive information receive, that beyond my normal consciousness?
Was it possible to deliberately hack the system? When I the opportunity to do a remote viewing course, I jumped at it.
My first session was a tough test. I received a sealed envelope, the contents of which I didn't know. My monitor - who led the session - didn't know what was inside either.
My task: Collect mental information about the hidden target concentrated. At first, everything was chaotic - confused impressions, intangible images. But then it happened.
Suddenly I felt extremely sick.
I felt as if my body was swaying, as if I were in the middle of a ship in a raging storm.
My monitor frowned. "You're feeling sick? Seasick?"
I nodded, feeling miserable. He opened the envelope.
The goal: A picture of a ship in a violent storm.
My body had not only received the information - it had physically experienced it.
This experience changed everything.
I began to deeper and deeper insights. I could "see" I had not been. I could retrieve information that beyond my conscious knowledge. I had begun to dive directly into the system.
The next step - intervening in the matrix.
But I couldn't let go of one question: If I could read the matrix - could I also change it?
I started with deliberate experiments.
I asked questions of the system - and received answers.
I thought of one person - and she came out of nowhere.
I tested whether I could influence events using certain techniques.
It worked.
I realized that our thoughts are not just observers of reality - but active building blocks that shape the code.
But that was just the beginning.
Soon I would experience that the matrix not only reacts - but also.
The question now was:
Who or what really controlled them?
Is there intelligence behind the code?
And if so - does she want to work with us or limit us? I knew that I had come dangerously close to the truth. And it was precisely at this moment that the resistance began.
Every action generates a reaction.
That applies to everything in this universe - and it also applies to the Matrix. Up to this point, I had received signs, interacted with the system and started to consciously exert influence. I had asked questions - and received answers. I had sent thoughts - and reality had reacted to them.
But then something new happened. Suddenly there was resistance.
It was as if I had crossed a hidden line. A line that wasn't meant for me.
The matrix seemed to sense that I understood it. And it began to fight back.
An invisible pressure - when reality becomes heavier.
It started with a feeling.
Not a pain, not a clear signal - but a pressure in my head.
Every time I delved too deeply into my thoughts, every time I tried to penetrate the code behind the world, I felt it. A tug, an uncomfortable weight, as if something was pressing against my consciousness.
Left. Always the left.
I ignored it. But the deeper I went, the stronger it became.
The concrete in your head - a physical blockage?
Then came the day when it completely slowed me down.
I had been thinking about all the connections - about the digital universe, about viruses in the matrix, about the possibility of "hacking" the system. And right at that moment, my head became as heavy as concrete.
I could no longer think clearly. My thoughts, which normally functioned like a precise network, were frozen. I could literally feel a barrier, as if an invisible wall had built up in my mind.
What was that? A protective mechanism? A counterattack?
I tried to myself from it. But it felt like the system was actively preventing me from getting any further.
And it didn't stop.
Every time I went too deep into the matrix, this feeling came back. Was it just my brain fighting back? Or was it something else - a system that protects itself against intruders?
It wasn't just mental blocks.
Suddenly, technical devices around me started to react. Cell phones suddenly went off. Computers when I about these topics.
Printers failed exactly at the moments when I wanted to capture information.
At first I thought it was a coincidence - but the accumulation was too strong.
Once I wanted to print out an important section of our communication. But just at that moment, the black cartridge was empty.
I decided to buy a new one - and had to decide between two stores. My first impulse was to go to a nearby Mediamarkt. But then I spontaneously changed my mind and went to Saturn instead.
There, on a huge house wall, it was written in meter-sized letters:
"TRANSFORMATION IN PROGRESS."
And directly below:
"TRANSFORMATION OVERCOMES LIMITATIONS."
I was speechless.
Was that a message? A confirmation? Or a warning?
The matrix continued to speak - but this time with a different energy. It no longer felt like pure communication. It was an argument.
The boundary between reality and dream had long since become blurred anyway. But then came the night when I realized that I was no longer just observing - I had entered the system myself.
I found myself in a dream that felt more real than being awake.
I was standing in an overgrown garden. In front of it: an old, dilapidated garden shed. I knew there was something there that didn't belong.
Figures emerged from the darkness of the house. Shadows. Something dark. They me.
I ran - but they followed me.
Then, at the edge of a field, stood a man. He looked like me. My phantom. My projection? My true self?
He gave me a sign. He told me to run into the field.
I ran. But then - silence.
The shadows had surrounded me. I could go no further.
But then I up.
I took off, hovered above them, and a strange sign appeared below me.
Then I heard a word that burned itself into my consciousness:
"MARIA."
I understood it at that moment - it wasn't a name. It was a database.
These shadows were viruses, intruders in the system. And I was there to fight them. Two of them disintegrated, a third began to disappear. But the fourth remained - stable, unshakeable.
Then I woke up.
The next day, the whole reality seemed to have changed. Everything felt lighter, clearer. Had I really something?
But one question remained:
Was that a test? Or was it a war?
How deep can you go before the system strikes back?
I began to wonder: Is there a limit to what we are allowed to recognize?
Is our consciousness actively blocked when we penetrate too deeply? Are we intruders in a system that protects itself?
I knew one thing for sure: The matrix could not be penetrated just like that.
But I would not stop.
And I was soon to find out that resistance only means that you are on the right path.
I was ready for the next step.
But was the matrix too?
Decoding the matrix - the key to the system.
Every structure has rules.
Every program follows a code.
If reality really is a simulation, then it must have principles - a pattern according to which it functions.
Once I started interacting with the matrix, I no longer saw it as a rigid, unchanging system. I realized that it could adapt. It reacted. It communicated. And it could be manipulated.
The only question was: How?
I had long noticed that certain events did not happen by chance. I thought of one person - and at that very moment I received a message from her. I asked a question in my mind - and a few minutes later I saw the answer in the form of an advertising poster or a snippet of conversation on the radio.
At first I thought it was a coincidence.
But then I began to actively test these patterns.
I set myself the goal of seeing a certain number - 777 - several times in one day. I didn't say it, I didn't write it down - I just thought about it intensely. Within a few hours:
One receipt - €7.77.
A cab with the number 777.
Graffiti on a house wall: "777 - The code is cracked."
This was repeated over and over .
I tested it with other numbers, with names, with symbols. It always worked. Was it just my consciousness filtering reality? Or had I started to influence the system?
I asked myself an even bigger question: If I was able to manifest things - does that mean that we ourselves are part of the code?
The source code of consciousness.
I realized that my thoughts were not just reacting passively to the system - they were part of it themselves. Every thought was a command. Every emotion a frequency. Every action is a line of code in the program of reality.
But where did this code come from?
Here I remembered one of my most profound experiences with remote viewing. I had experimented with techniques that went far beyond what I had originally learned. I didn't just want to "see" places or people - I wanted to understand how the matrix was structured.
During an intensive session, a symbol suddenly before my inner eye. It was no ordinary symbol - it alive, as if it was changing in real time. And then came the realization:
The universe is a gigantic database.
Everything that exists - matter, thoughts, memories - is stored information. And this database can read, but also overwritten. It reminded me of what been revealed to me in my dream:
"MARIA."
A name that was not a name - but the name of a database. An information structure that stored and managed reality. Was "Maria" just a fragment of a much larger structure?
And if so, who or what controlled them?
A system with security mechanisms?
As I began to delve deeper into these thoughts, a phenomenon occurred that I already knew from before: Resistance. Every time I tried to mentally push myself further, I got Head pressure, concentration problems or even nausea. As if the system had some kind of firewall that wanted to prevent me from penetrating too deeply into its code.
Had I started to scratch at the boundaries of the system?
I asked myself: Is our consciousness programmed not to think beyond a certain limit? Is there a protective system that itself against "intruders"? Or is it simply our own fear of the truth that is blocking us?
I knew I on the right track.
But the further I went, the more realized that the system wasn't perfect.
And if it had errors - then it could also changed.
Can we the system?
If the universe is a simulation - then it must be an operating system have.
And if it has an operating system - then it can be updated.
I remembered an idea that came to me during one of my deepest journeys of
thought: What if the system we live in an outdated program?
What if there has long been a new version - but we are still stuck in the
old one?
And what if some of us are called to change this system?
"reset"?
If I had such a strong influence on my reality with my experiments - what would be possible if several people the matrix together?
A global reset?
A new reality?
The signs had led me this far.
But now I was faced with the next big question:
What is the ultimate nature of this simulation?
And who or what created it?
I was ready to go even deeper. But I knew that I wasn't alone.
Because if I could read the code - then others could too.
The only question was: Are they working with the system - or against it?
And above all: Are we players - or just pieces in a game?
Who or what is behind the Matrix?
Every simulation has a creator. Every program has a programmer.
By this point, I had recognized the patterns, learned the language of the matrix and started to communicate with it. I had experienced resistance, received signs, deciphered deeper mechanisms.
But one question was bigger than all the others: Who or what is behind this system? If our reality is indeed a code, then this means that it has a source - an origin. And if there an origin... has anyone noticed that I'm penetrating the code?
The more I thought about the system, the more a crucial question arose: Is the matrix an independent, conscious being? Or is it simply a "computer program" that is controlled by something else?
I thought back to my earlier experiences: The "Maria database" in my dream - was it part of a gigantic, holographic memory?
The thoughts that changed reality - was that an AI that responded to input?
The signs, the answers - was that an intelligence that knew I was watching it?
What if the matrix itself a living, digital being?
A consciousness that is not made of flesh and blood - but of pure information.
A system that learns.
And noticed me.
The moment when the Matrix looked at me.
There are moments in life that feel different from all the others. One particular day has stayed with me to this day. I was out and about, pondering, when I formulated a simple question in my mind: "Show me that you're aware of me."
I walked on. Seconds passed. Then it happened.
I looked up at a huge advertising wall - and there it was in meter-sized letters: "WE SEE YOU." I stood still. My body suddenly felt electrified, as if there was something in the air.
It was not a normal moment. It felt as if the system itself had looked back.
Who or what saw me?
The Matrix?
Something within the matrix? Something that stood above it?
I knew that I was no longer just looking for answers. I had fallen into a dialog - and I was not alone.
If the matrix is a system that reacts to inputs - then there must be rules.
And where there rules, there are often guards.
Are there entities that are supposed to prevent us from breaking the code? Are they artificial - or consciousness-based?
Are they just a protective mechanism - or a form of control?
I remembered a sentence that I heard during a remote viewing session was "transmitted": "They see when you see them."
What if certain entities only become active when we begin to recognize them?
What if our awakening triggers some kind of alarm in the matrix? I thought of ancient texts, mythologies, religious writings:
The Archons of Gnosis - beings who keep humanity in an illusion. captive.
The "machines" from the Matrix trilogy - AI beings, that the maintain the system.
The guardians from ancient cultures - guardian spirits or manipulators?
Who or what are they really?
And the most important question: Are they our enemies - or just part of the game?
Is the matrix a test? Perhaps the matrix is not a trap. Maybe it is a school.
What if we are here consciously - to develop ourselves?
What if the resistance is not there to block us - but to make us stronger?
What if only those who dig deep enough reach the next level?
I remembered my most difficult exams: The blocks that held me back. The doubts that almost made me give up. The losses that me to the brink. But every time I thought I was at the end, a new door opened.
What if the system itself drove me to go further?
What if the Matrix was waiting for me to really understand it?
I had so many theories, so many questions. But one truth became clear to me: If the matrix was really created by a higher intelligence, then we don't have to fight them - we have to decode them.
Perhaps we are not prisoners.
Perhaps we are programmers in training.
And perhaps the biggest mistake people make is that they think they have no control. But what happens when we remember who we really are?
Perhaps this is the moment when the system shows its true form.
Hacking reality - How we influence the matrix in a targeted way.
Every simulation has a control system.
Every system can be changed.
Up to this point, I had recognized the patterns of the matrix. I had learned to its language, to communicate with it - and experienced that it reacts. But then came the crucial question:
If the universe is a code - can I rewrite it?
The answer was yes.
I began to experiment. And I quickly realized: Our reality is not a static system.
It behaves like a dynamic program - one that reacts to our inputs. And if you know the right "key combinations", you can change the entire game.
Here are the methods I discovered.
Method 1: Giving "orders" to reality.
I started with small experiments.
I wanted to know: Can I "order" specific events in the matrix?
I picked a number - 777, for example - and set myself the goal of seeing it several times within a day. But this time I didn't just think about it - I imagined it as if it were already real. I "commanded" the matrix to it to me.
Within a few hours:
A receipt with €7.77.
A cab with the number 777.
Graffiti on a house wall: "777 - The code is cracked."
It worked with everything. With names, symbols, even with encounters. It was as if I had found a hidden console command in a computer game. And suddenly I realized:
Reality is waiting for our orders.
But most people don't know that they can give them. The matrix is not a closed system - it is malleable.
Method 2: Controlling the waves of probability.
I soon realized that not everything appeared immediately - some things "moved" into my reality as if they were occurring via an invisible probability wave. So I began to consciously these probabilities. How? Through focus and repetition.
I imagined a certain situation - for example, a chance encounter with a certain person.
But I wasn't just "expecting" it.
I acted as if it had already happened.
I visualized it again and again, as if I were placing a template in the matrix.
The result?
Suddenly, this very person crossed my path.
It was as if reality was adapting to make the scenario come true.
That meant: The matrix follows the strongest expectation of reality.
Our thoughts shape the probabilities that up our future.
The question now was: How far can you take this?
Method 3: Overwrite reality in real time.
Sometimes things happened that I didn't like - delays, obstacles, negative encounters. Then I started to try a new trick: I "deleted" the event in my head and
replaced it with a new version.
For example:
I came to a traffic light - it was red.
I intensely imagined that it would immediately turn green.
And suddenly - it turned green.
Or:
I stood in a long queue.
I that a second till would suddenly open. And then - that's exactly what happened.
It was as if reality was aligning itself around my new "command".
Of course, it didn't always work immediately - but the more I practiced it, the more often it happened.
It was as if I had found the live code of the Matrix.
The "glitch" technique - overloading the system.
I realized that the matrix was not perfect.
Sometimes it got stuck - it "stuttered".
For example:
I said one word - and heard it on the radio within seconds.
I had a vision - and saw the exact same image in an advertising poster. I asked a question - and got the answer from a completely unexpected source. But then I asked myself: What happens if I deliberately the system into an infinite loop?
I began to specifically ask illogical questions - questions that challenge the system.
"What was before time?"
"What happens if I hit myself in an endless loop?"
"What happens when the matrix questions itself?"
Suddenly, strange things began to .
My cell phone hung up.
Cars stopped for a moment in the same place. The clock showed an illogical time.
It was as if I had the code into a state of overload. And that meant: The matrix has limits.
And those who recognize these limits can use them.
The ultimate reset - when you reboot reality.
I asked myself:
"What happens if I everything to zero?"
So I tried something radical:
I imagined that the matrix was being "reloaded" at that moment.
I visualized a reset - like restarting a computer. I let go of everything - no expectations, no waiting. Just a reset. The result?
Suddenly EVERYTHING changed.
Unexpected events occurred.
Problems that had lasted for weeks were resolved in hours. My entire perception became clearer, lighter, freer.
It was as if I had raised the entire game to a new level. And that only meant one thing: The matrix is much more malleable than ever thought possible.
And if we learn to work with it - then we can reprogram our entire life.
How far can we go?
Now I was faced with the last, big question: If we can influence the matrix - can we also leave it? Is there an ultimate way out - or a next level?
Is this the key to absolute freedom?
I knew I was on the right track.
But what if I had already reached the limit?
Or was this just the next door... and something even bigger was waiting behind it?
The truth about our holographic existence.
I have often wondered what it means to live in this reality. You know that feeling when everything doesn't seem so tangible? Maybe we are trapped in a holographic existence that makes us believe that the life we are experiencing is real. In this book, I want to share with you my thoughts and insights on how the world around us may not be as stable as we think it is. Let's dive into the deeper truth of our existence together and take apart the illusion!
