Published in three parts in 1794, 1795, and 1807, it was a bestseller in America, where it caused a short-lived deistic revival. British audiences, however, fearing increased political radicalism as a result of the French revolution, received it with more hostility. The Age of Reason presents common deistic arguments; for example, it highlights the corruption of the Christian Church and criticizes its efforts to acquire political power. Paine advocates reason in the place of revelation, leading him to reject miracles and to view the Bible as an ordinary piece of literature rather than as a divinely inspired text. auction.
The sales of such houses come in two types:

2) The municipality sells other owners’ housing,
who can’t pay taxes and want to get rid of the
second house. In Italy, if you own 2 houses – you
must pay high taxes.

your attention, that some municipalities can add
special points to the price. These points determine
who gets the house.
For example:
- If you want to renovate the house in less than 3 years – you get
extra points;
- If it is your first real estate (In Italy those, who don’t
have a second house and register a real estate as a
place of living, have reduced taxes) – you also get extra
points;
- If you recruit local workers – you get extra points;
Important!The municipality programs do not
obligate you to recruit local workers, but they can
give you extra points if you plan to do it.
Important!In the programs of several cities, there
can be obligations to pay the taxes (debts) of the
former owner. Read the programs carefully and
don't pay a lot of money for such lots. Also, there
can be tax debts from the former owner.
