I imagine a carefree existence inside of a complex

Mind.

Young couples try...Young couples trying to hang on to sanity.

Losing my religion one step at a time.

Madness takes a liking to my muse

While playfulness disappears quietly.

I stare at a lonely beach as curious onlookers

Smile.

Hillary Clinton deletes another imagined e-mail..

Where's Bill?

Early morning coffee jump starting the noggin as humanity

sleeps.

Bottoms up.

Faded Sunshine

8 years later...

Homeless vets looking at the VA

With suspicion.

Middle class folks cry...Middle class folks try.

So much hope/So much pain lingering within weathered souls.

July 4th brings reflection.

Humanity demands justice.

Talking heads morphing into character 

Actors.

The dawn of another day adding more 

Questions from the masses.

Ronald Reagan points from up

Above.

RIP 

Future Shock

A world existing at the edge of

Chaos.

Unwanted children.

Unresponsive politicians.

George Bush talks...

Sitting in front of a blank computer

Screen.

I try to make sense of a senseless

Society.

Quiet demons tapping me on the

Shoulder now.

Humanity crying out loud.

Expectations fade into the

Sunset.

Inquisitive kids ponder.

The thought patrol give scripted speeches.

Happy hour?

Losing my religion..... 

Beyond The Terror Dome

I try to find peace within a complex

Life.

The walls close around me on a daily

Basis.

Answers become elusive.

Depression knocks at the front door

While the world travels at warp-factor

A flawed son fades.
