RE: CONTINUING INQUIRY INTO MISSION 1459-34-2-4-91TRANSCRIPT OF ORAL TESTIMONY : LIEUTENANT EDAPKTCHOY

As an Officer attached to this vessel, as my superiors, you warrant loyalty; my allegiance is unquestioned. My primary duty was to protect the prototype. I succeeded.

Regardless of methodology, the craft can not be utilized. Though my calculations imperfect, the result acceptable.

I intended to arrive one million AU from my position. I arrived nine thousand nine hundred and forty seven AU from my position and according to information acquired, my arrival was approximately five hundred and two years in the past, above your planet of origin.

Under order to destroy the craft if security compromised, not discerning conceivably safe from encounter, I brought the craft into atmosphere.

Although implosion assumed I initiated procedures which permitted the craft to maintain integrity adequate to permit my survival.

Debarking, propelling myself 2.5 meters from the craft, cognizant when the craft disintegrated. I predicate this inquiry concerns the human female called Shar-Ron Fein-stein.

Concurrent with my debarkation, I perceived I was not alone.

A small creature, humanoid, attendant I did not apprehend the exact species of the humanoid. verified she was human  by examination her hand. She had four digits and an opposable thumb, of breadth and width to be unmistakably human.

I did not coerce Shar-Ron, to act favourably to me. I did not expect, nor incite it. Shar-Ron was disposed in my favour for reasons I do not discriminate.

Shar-Ron granted shelter and nourishment in her domicile, deceived the authorities to maintain my freedom. She informed she did so because she "knew they'd...make me into an exhibit somewhere."

She did not conceive I would not permit capture nor suitably armed to protect integrity.

Shar-Ron was not the only resident of the domicile. There was an individual called 'Fred' who observed me a short duration after my arrival. I was told he was her husband.

'Fred' reacted in basic avoidance mode, utilized by most humans. My existence is apparently threatening, to deny my actuality protects one's security.

'Fred' departed at sunrise, exhibited no interest in my actuality, nor had he observed my advent.

Despite searches of the area which continued for the intervening period, I was not observed. Deeming myself stranded I attempted to prolong my liberty by climbing the rugged stone outcropping called a hill by Shar-Ron. I anticipated the authorities would return to the habitat of Shar-Ron, which they did.

I expended six watches on Earth of 1989, when I heard the signal. Immediately, I evacuated position. Misjudging the nature of the hill, I forfeited footing, plummeted, recognized I was seriously injured.

Shar-Ron appeared with my uniform and communicator, contact perfected, I was transported aboard. Despite paralysis I was fully conscious.

Upon the first question put to me by Lieutenant Gruber as to the knowledge of Shar-Ron I replied 'much', confident it would connote security threat and Shar-Ron brought aboard.

It is a matter of controversy why I desired to have Shar-Ron conveyed aboard. I am not unmindful, expecting this interrogation upon utterance of the inceptive statement.

I am not human. I was nurtured to 'fit' into human society ncluded in human census, educated, selected to enter the Military. I have been a member of the Military according to current records; ten years.

Our diverse species has been at war for what is determined as over two centuries. The truce is less than two decade's duration. Trust can not manifest within such brief interval.

The ZerShaz Cosmic Force Observors have been my limited contact

with my species. Innocent intercourse with them has been viewed

with suspicion.

I must digress to accord additional relevant details.

During the battle of Tri-methenia I was wounded and ordered to sick bay for approximately four watches. During that period, EnsignDefarge was admitted.

Ensign Defarge had suffered complete body trauma; the majority of bones in his body broken. The treatment for this condition is not unknown. Humans employ an adage where male members of the crew advise females they desired to be "Re-An" by them.

For the record, Re-An is the term for Reanimation and Repair of external and internal organs. It requires intense physiotherapy performed by a hospitalman. Automated machines, chemical/ biological processes are an element but the treatment requires physical contact between physiotherapist and patient.

When Lieutenant Swift was injured in the collapse of Deck 3 he underwent such treatment. As he was and is an approved crew member, he has fully recovered. He walks without stiffness, his bodily functions are unimpaired. I relate contents of a conversation between two female hospitalmen when Ensign Defarge was admitted. My memory is accurate.

The First:- I'm glad I don't have to Re-An that one.

The Second:-Lucky you, I'm stuck with him.

The First:- Just as you were stuck with Swifty

The Second:-I would have loved to have been stuck      with Swifty, but everyone had a hand on him.

The First: -Except me.

The Second:-I'm not giving Fogface my Swifty full and you know it

The First:- Who would? I mean it's bad enough one has to touch him,

much less touch him, if you prende.

The Second:- Online. I can't pute why with the advances of tech

we have to resort to massage and manipulation. Can't a robot do that?

The First:- Calc a robo doing that to Swifty

The Second: Well, we can have special cases.

The First: Like Fogface

The Second:- Jettison that. I'm not below the waist or above the      mid thigh. And if Doctor Chen doesn't upthumb he can do it himself.

The First:- Shh, Monster might hear you.

The Second:-Could you imagine having to Re-An Monster?

The First:- No way. I wouldn't Re-An his arm, much less the rest of him.
