The opinions described there are my own and I do not see them as influences or that you agree. I would see it much more as a stimulus for discussion. It may well be that the whole thing sounds radical, but we also live in a turning point in time where a certain flexibility is required.

Far be it from me to attack anyone here or to judge anyone. Rather, it is my view of things, as I interpret it below. It may well be that one or the other thinks that would be a radical view of things. But sometimes it seems to me that you stick your head in the sand. Don't react, it will resolve itself. I believe this thread runs through the whole writing. As I said, this is not patronizing anyone, but my opinion on various things at home and abroad.
It's alarming when a person considers ending their life because of online threats. How can a person get carried away into making such threats and then make them public? Does this person feel safe on the Internet and does not believe that they will be prosecuted for it or does he or she believe that this will have no consequences? Apparently, people are safe on the net because tracking such posts is not that easy. I do think that these internet portals are held accountable when it comes to such subterfuges. Finally, they also rake in hefty profits with their sites. It is enough if there is a dark web where it is even more difficult to find a writer. I can imagine that the operators of social media sites also have the necessary software that can filter such postings before they appear so that they cannot appear. But once again it is likely to be due to the profitability of such companies, because that does not bring these groups any money. In this context, it is also questionable what kind of people are who make such statements and then make them public. Yes, we live in a democracy where everyone is allowed to speak their mind, but there are limits to everything that should also be respected. I recommend such people to live in a dictatorship, of which there are quite a few, and try to make such statements there.
When the president of the Vienna Bar Association demands that the WKStA (business and corruption prosecutor's office) be dissolved, I can only agree. There are umpteen procedures that have dragged on for years and there are actually no results. There are a lot of suspicions and accusations, but you hardly hear anything about charges or even convictions. Should there really be a hearing, it usually ends in the accused being acquitted, but he may have to wait months or years before such verdicts are reached. When I look at the allegations that are published in the media, it seems to me that let's start a rumor or an accusation and see what comes of it. I just think that the WKStA should actually investigate violations of the law and not necessarily any allegations that then turn out to be unfounded or untrue. I do think that politicians should be more sensitive when it comes to such accusations and rumors. Maybe it's a conservative view, but when you make statements like this, you should be able to back them up with evidence and not put others in a bad light. That is not my view of politics that is being shown, especially since there are much more important problems that are waiting for a solution. It may well be that some of the accusations and allegations are not entirely flawless as far as ethics and morals are concerned, but that courts have to deal with them does not correspond to my legal opinion, especially since, as I said, there is no evidence.
The fact that some surveys were falsified and made public is one side, but the other is that this was financed with our tax money. Now suddenly a pollster comes up with the idea that if she can provide facts to the public prosecutor's office, she could leave the court with an acquittal. But I would like to state that this woman knew very well what she was doing at the time the order was placed with her and that it was not legally correct. In addition, she was paid quite well for this with tax money, so why shouldn't this person be held accountable if she might have broken the law there. But it's always the same, you can easily deal with the hard-earned money of the citizens, because I also wonder whether such fake opinion polls are necessary. I just think that the citizens can get an idea of what such reviews are concerned.
If a UN Secretary-General intervenes when it comes to the profits of the energy companies, I ask myself where are our politicians? Such corporations are currently making enormous profits and the individual governments and their decision-makers are watching calmly without doing anything about it. Does the whole thing have to end in a revolution when the citizens can no longer afford the prices due to runaway inflation? Yes, it may be true that the respective finance ministers are happy about increasing income due to the prices and the resulting taxes, but the people have to shell out this money and not the politicians, because they have certainly already secured themselves, as you do with a warring state can see.
I don't quite understand our politicians when it comes to increasing energy prices. First of all, it is decided to rigorously increase those for the coming year, and in the same breath two federal states give up and want to implement this as early as September 1st. Only one of these federal states is governed by a party that has long been calling for a reduction in VAT on energy or a cap on energy prices. It is precisely this city government that is now considering doubling district heating, for example. What to stream. Imagine gas and oil prices, they have made it public to date. Only the holding company, which is responsible for this state, posted a 10-digit profit last year. It's true, the prices for energy on the world market have doubled or tripled, but is it reasonable to burden the citizen with a double price, where he or she has to ask himself every day how he or she should finance the coming weeks and months.
If even a UNU chief speaks of a nuclear threat from the warring states, then this should be taken seriously. I can still remember the nuclear accident in Chernobyl in 1986. What we had to experience thousands of kilometers from the scene of the accident, what had the effects of such a thing. Only today it is about a much larger nuclear power plant, supposedly the largest in Europe. Russia has partly outdated weapon systems from the Soviet Union, the accuracy of which is questionable and the enemy is dependent on weapons from the West. It's possible that one of the two mistakenly directs rockets at this power plant, and what happens then? Could there be a nuclear counterattack?
Apparently, there is finally a politician in America who is taking on this country's long-standing problems. His predecessors were always subservient to the individual lobbies, because they also brought them the voters. However, when I look at the natural disasters that occur there, which are repeated year after year, it is high time that a rethink began in terms of climate and social policy. Only every ruler is measured by what he can also enforce and he must be able to assert himself very well in this state. There is likely to be a reversal in the Senate as well, although Republican influence is still there. The future will show us whether his efforts bear fruit.
According to statements by the US Department of Defense, around 80,000 soldiers have already been killed or injured in Ukraine. It's true, these are only estimates, but how much longer can the aggressor motivate men to wage a war that seems hopeless for this country. Not only are young men being burned to death, the civilian population is also being tormented by constant shelling. Whether Russia can really achieve what this ruler originally envisioned is questionable and unlikely. No illegal weapons that are being used are of any use to this despot. The only question is how far this human goes in terms of nuclear strikes against the opponent. If you cover Europe's largest nuclear power plant with rockets, it's only a matter of time before a reactor is hit.
