Example: I have learnt to cope up with Kafka.
Most people can’t cope up with Kafka.

Borges was an Argentinean writer who wrote in the style of magic realism. As an idiom Borges means magic realism
Example: I enjoy reading Borges.
Salman Rushdie writes in the style of Borges.
Freud
Freud is the master psychoanalyst who wrote the magnum opus Interpretations of Dreams. As an idiom Freud means a Dream.
Example: I had an erotic Freud in the night.
Most people don’t remember the Freuds they have had.
Trumptelligence
Trumptelligence comes from Trump. As an idiom it means isolating a national politically and economically.
Example: Trump’s policy on Qatar was one of Trumptelligence.
America is considering Trumptelligence on North Korea.
Cucumber City
Cucumber city comes from Malayalam and as an idiom it means something imaginary and hard-to-believe.
Example: Come on what you are saying a cucumber city.
Don’t talk cucumber cities, come back to reality.
Hotel California
Hotel California become a popular legend, created by the rock band Eagles. As an idiom it means a hopeless situation from which there’s no escape.
Example: The displaced Rohingya Muslims of Myanmar are facing a Hotel California.
I don’t wish to encounter a Hotel California in my life.
Quetzalcoatl
Quetzalcoatl is the Mexican God that’s a fiery Serpent. As an idiom it means a depressing situation.
Example: I am facing Quetzalcoatl now.
Quetzalcoatl makes me queasy.
Mugabe
We all know that the democratic president of Zimbabwe, Mugabe, has been placed under house arrest following a coup d’ etat. As idiom it means the arrest of democratically elected leader by the junta.
Example: The military of Zimbabwe has put a Mugabe.
Mugabe happens in many countries.

Padmavati is a controversial Rajput film that portrays the life of Queen Padmavati in bad-light. As an idiom it means a film that distorts historical facts.
Example: Padmavati can come under the scrutiny of the censor-board and be banned.
Hagar
