1. The Call of Cthulhu

keep your eyes peeled/ ear to the planks sea is crashing/ feeling queasy

watch the water/ form crashes in veiw face your fears/ face of the all mighty Cthulhu

he lumbers/ the size of a skyscraper leviathan sunders/ close the storm shutters octopus tentacles/ hang from mouth

as he walks into sight/ minds snap

Insanity follows

a beckoning light/ from lighthouse

horror consumes/ as fishing boats

tossed aside/ as he wades toward town faceless children/ shambling mounds born in the sands

the siren blares/ the monster slumbers deep in the oceans/ awakening

man’s blunder/ drilling to deep,

atomic blasts / the beast asleep

the storm never dies

wings like leather/ block out the sun, from the depths/ he explodes

from the foam..

sleepy fishing town

sleeps no more

ravaging the land /like a whore

don’t shoot shotgun

bullets bounce off his coral hide

the great old one

has arrived/ to devastate your mind as the town burns

he turns down into briney deep

for another thousand years/ he falls to sleep, as the population dwindled/ in the village, and madness is abound…

you only hear

whispers

a breeze is the only sound

written on a sign as it creeks…

Beware the Deep!!!

2. Cthulhu

Cthulu slumbers in the deep

without a ripple being stirred.

In coral caverns servants creep;

a liturgy is well prepared.

Then as the final shadows fall

in restless dreams you’ll hear him call.

An age falls into the abyss;

another dawn is on the rise.

The bay emits a low key hiss;

disciples don a hooded guise

Then as the final shadows spread

In restless dreams your mind is led.

An eye half open starts to seek

an exit from the the airless tomb.

In tongues unknown the brethren speak; a brood born of an alien womb.

Then as the final shadows stretch

in restless dreams you baulk and wretch.

3. Cthulhu Goes All The Way

O unspeakable terror from the deepest grave of ancient times!

No one shall ever know what I have seen of the unmentionable Old One, Mighty timeless Cthulhu, his eldritch indescribable monstrosity Burning a Hellhole in my mind as he rises to devour me Ripping out my guts and slavering over my oozing innards Forcing me to watch his foul teeth chewing my testicles.

O Sweet Jesu spare me the agonies of being digested alive Within his noisome belly swilling with foul juices of ancient meals.

Yet I know that my immortal soul will never sleep And that I shall scream silently for all slime-infested eternity In the vile body cavity of the unmentionable Ancient Hell-Horror That is the stinking and scaly colon of the Great Beast Cthulhu.

4. Call of Cthulhu?

Among the stars of this death’s head night Their crystal hard light defined

And reaches beyond this veil

Where hell gathers in the shadows

Necrotic thoughts that twist like worms In tattooed pentagrams on smoking flesh Where carved upon this mausoleum

As the dead gather for their passover And still there is no help at hand

The damned have no rite of passage

The end is so very near

When the moon falls into ruin

And clouds boil in hellish flight

Azrael will point the way down

Through burning gates

The dogs of war will snarl and howl Still tethered to their leash

Apocalyptic prophecies will speak

In tongues of fiery retribution

This world will fall without grace

The mountains will crumble into dust The seas will turn to blood and boil As fiery lakes consume the unwary

The damned and righteous alike

Will wail and beg to the stars

So diamond hard and without soul

Watching impassioned by the calling That gathers between the ethers

Numbing planets and moons in its wake For time is fast disappearing

Thunder and lightning fill the skies As fire falls like a curtain

A blanket inferno that burns into the soul Where the crucified wail in mocking silence And the sun becomes a black cloth

The prophecy written in that book of doom This nether world

Abbadon beckons to the call

The sacred call of Cthulhu

So begineth the death knoll

A tolling of voices damned

Through a blind light

And in nights decline

The beggar and fool alike will burn With the call of Cthulhu

the call of Cthulhu

the call of Cthulhu…
