Part 01

It is in the beautiful,majestic gardens with roses red as the red moon and flowers so white as fluffy clouds,the sky off course is clear and the wind breeze swiftly and soft.This is the day my mother and uncle Peter say "I do" to each other promising each other the world beyond anything and saying a bunch of stuff the priest tells them to say.I'm wrapped in a tight little dusty pink dress looking my best as always,looking at my moms dress,she's in a beautiful white wedding gown and has let her hair down ,I mean not every one gets a second chance to be happy in life and guess what my mom did,she's getting married to a man who will make her happy,Peter, I know that for I've seen it countless off times.And best news is, I now have two whole dads,while other kids have none or one,I get to have two,how lucky am i.Off course my dad is there,pretty weird right? But he's kind of cool with everything, or so he says.just a few months ago me and uncle peter had planned a huge proposal for my mom secretly, we even put Nick on the whole shebang too and made him promise not to say a thing,it must have been the best proposal ever for they are now saying vows to each other with tears in their eyes,how wonderful is life.

Part 02

Wedding are beautiful, fun and all that but damn are they exhausting. After the wedding reception we are all so exhausted we can't even lift our fingers. Mom and Peter kick start their honeymoon,soo wish I could tag along but the couple needs to have their own space to romance and do whatever adults do on a honeymoon.

 everyone is tidying up,Jonathan helps for a while then leaves,we are still together,yep Love's still in the air .

since mother dearest is in love city we are only left with no one but dad to look after us,I'm not looking forward to it,no offence dad has been trying his best to be the best dad ever but we no longer jam like we used too,a part of me still thinks that he'll soon abandon us as soon as something comes up and leave us to fend for ourselves. Nick on the other hand is soo excited, he's been happy ever since he heard the news, I guess nothing beats spending time with your dad especially when you're a boy.

 after clearing stuff up,I can barely walk and every guest is pretty gone by then .as I sit venting to my self about how tired I am,I see my dad coming and then he sits besides me.

"Hey kiddo pretty exhausted huh?," he asks

"I think I hate weddings", I complain as I throw my arms on a table nearby.

He laughs and then gets serious." There is something I gotta tell you before we head home,so uhmm your mom and I talked and she and Peter have decided to prolong their honeymoon and she saw it fitting that you and Nick live with me during your school holidays "he pauses to see my reactions" so what do you say,Nick is excited about it so what about you?

"

These news bring chills down my spine, I thought I was gonna spend a few night by my dads house and then mom was gonna be back but no! they discussed my school holidays without informing me,this is not good,not good at all

Part 03

  All the plans I had,down the drain, I had imagined this to be the best summer ever,mom was going to take me to every place I desired ,I guess it's all over now."yeah it'll be great",I mumble"could have been great if you had let me know first hand though, mom knows I had plans with her,but yeah ,it's OK"I'm so not happy about this.

Well off we go in my dads red caravan ,we first stop at our house to pack our clothes then we head to dad's house.Dad lives in Burksbag,not only is the name weird but so is the place,but I get it ,guys don't usually care where they live just as long as they can put their beds to sleep that's enough. We arrive at my dads house and can I say the house looks like world war three has taken place in there and no citizens were left alive,he did try to tidy up a bit but.....you know what who am I kidding ...his house is a mess. "Well" he's shy"welcome to my man abode,its a bit messy but its all good,sorry about the mess I've just been busy,you know how it goes"he says

"Cool!" Nick shouts

Judging from what he just said I don't know if we are looking at the same house because what I'm seeing is far from cool way too far.

"So Thembi, me and Nick will share a room and you'll get your own room,well as soon as we've cleared up what's inside" dad shrugged 

"OK thanks" snort
