MEDITATIONS is a collection of poems that reflect my efforts to quiet my mind, and my search for inner peace. These poems are the results of thoughts that I observed, without getting involved. As my meditation guide puts it, I allowed any thoughts to pass by like a leaf floating past in a gentle stream. However, some of those thoughts stayed with me when my period of meditation ended.
