The Bigfeet and Dogmen of Oregon have, according to some researchers, an interesting connection. This story describes the individual encounter of someone, who has never seen or believed, that these beings truly seem to dwell in the forests of Oregon: until he discovers that there is much more to nature and life than he could ever fathom.

The Bigfeet and Dogmen of Oregon
It was another cold day in January and I can still recall the harsh winds blowing in my face, as I was wandering through the forest, having the urge to see one of my favorite lakes again, which I would not tarry with during this time, for the rumors were present everywhere, especially when one would walk past the old trees, that for sure had some story to tell, if one gave them a voice of their own. But this lake had something about it, that simply drew me towards it, which I am not able to describe. Maybe it was its clear water, which tended to exude a very pacifying solitude, that I loved to relish with my heart and my soul.
I am not sure why, I had the sudden whim of feeling compelled to go for a walk and actually I might say, looking back, that I regret the fact of having gone for a walk on that day when I would encounter something, that my mind would not be able to fathom.
But before I explaining my personal experience with two creatures, two cryptids, who have been known to the Indian tribes for centuries, I would like to share something else with you, which may be of interest. My passion for nature and its forests and especially the flora of Oregon, where always a part of my life.
I still can remember the days, when I had had my first contact with the forest and its charms, that always had the proclivity to change to show itself in a different manner. I don’t know why I ascertain this, but to me, it has always seemed that way. But I would never have thought, that the forest could be a very dangerous place, which was hiding creatures, that were not so supposed to exist: according to our enlightened conventional science.
