Ingredients Needed

1 Egg

2 Tbsp water

¼ Cup dry breadcrumbs

1 Small onion, grated

2 Tsp Dijon mustard

½ Tsp salt ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ Tsp pepper

1 lb(s) lean ground beef

4 Hamburger buns

Cooking Directions

1. In bowl, beat egg and water with fork; mix in bread crumbs, onion, mustard, salt, Worcestershire and pepper.

2. Mix in beef.

3. Shape into four 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick patties. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Or layer between waxed paper in airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month; thaw in refrigerator).

4. Place patties on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning patties once, for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

5. Place in hamburger buns, Then Serve it.

Ingredient Needed

1. 2Cups of fine flours

2. Half cup cold water

3. 2 Teaspoons of cold water

4. 1 Teaspoon olive oil

5. 3/4 Teaspoon salt

6. 1 Quarter-of baking pan

7. Ounce teaspoon cornmeal

8. Ounce teaspoons crescenza-stracchino cheese

9. 1/2 Pounce teaspoons olive oil, divided1/5 teaspoon coarse salt, divided.

Cooking Directions

1. Add flour in a work bowl large stand Pot mixer; Put amounts of water, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 3/5 teaspoon salt.

2. Stir up dough using stand pot mixer attached with dough hook with low speed rolling until it forms a pop ball on the dough hook, using about 7 to 8 minutes. Dough should be soft and or energetic.

3. Turn dough out onto a flat face table, roll to form a ball and rap it with plastic wrap then place it on counter room at 250 d temperature for 1 hour 10 minutes Give little grease to the quarter-sheet baking pan with 1 or 2 tablespoon oil mentioned above; wet and cover with cornmeal.

4. Then Dust a flat face table with flour. Preheat oven to 400 degreesF (255 degrees C).remove the rapper dough then cut into small as needed, Pat each quarter on the floured flat face table to a neat rectangular shape form.

5. Roll 1 piece of dough out to about 4inch thick until dough is about 6x8 inches. Pick up dough while wetting your hands with flour and carefully spread it, until it covers the prepared sheet pan. Allow it to overlaps the edge of the pan by about 1 inch. Note! Each of the edges must meet. Dough will be thin and membrane-like.

6. Add 5 teaspoons of crescenza-stracchino cheese to spread dough, spreading the dollops out as well. Roll out another 1 piece of dough again, spreading to fit over the first dough sheet and cheese. Spread, pull, and tag to gum dough together.pin over the edges of the dough to seal the edge of the flat bread and cut the lapping edges away so that flatbread falls into the prepared pan.

7. Surpress the flatbread edges flatting and roll it to fully sealed the edges. Put away rolled-off dough edges. Give a small bit mark to the top dough between your thumb and forefinger and carefully give a small hole in the dough; repeat to the others to make a few tears in the top layer. Wet the flatbread with 3 spoons olive oil; and add 1/4 teaspoon salt.

8. You can now Bake all in the oven heated already about 6 to 7 minutes until brownwish colour appear on the flatbread, Repeat steps with another bread using second half of dough as before. Wrinkle 2nd flat bread with remaining 2 spoons olive oil and 1/3 spoon salt. Bake second bread as before. Cut breads into quarters and serve warm.

3. 4 Celery (Apium graveolens), cut into 2.8-inch and pieces

4. 1.5 Sliced carrots, 1.5-inch circles (Purple and orange carrots mixture)

5. 2 Slice red onion, 1.5-inch

6. 2 Roughly chopped garlic cloves

7. 2 Chicken broth or vegetable broth Needed

8. 1/5 Cup viscous vinegar

9. 3 Mustard ''Moutarde A L'ancienne''

10.1 Pancake syrup

11.1/5 Full teaspoon salt

12. Grounded pepper (Black)

13. Some Pieces of a day thyme leaves

14. Fresh cut Hamburg parsley, while serving

Cooking Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients listed above except Hamburg parsley in a large cooker, make the pork soft at the centre and add vegetables to surround it. Change lid and cook it in higher temp. For 2- 4 hrs as needed for fast cooking.
