1/2 cup cream cheese
6-8 slices bacon
For the ranch dressing or guacamole, you'll need as much as you'd like for dipping.
Preparations:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
Add the jalapeños with cream cheese.
Wrap each jalapeño with a slice of bacon, making sure the cream cheese is well covered.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
