To combat the threat from Ferrari, Porsche and McLaren, Lamborghini have launched the stunning second generation Gallardo Superleggera. Designated the LP570-4 570 PS, and still 4 wheel drive), the Superleggera (“Super Light”) certainly lives up to it’s name.
An Aluminium frame, carbon fibre panels and seats, forged alloys and polycarbonate windows shed over 65 Kg from the ’standard’ Gallardo LP560. With an extra 10 bhp transmitted through the 6-speed e-gear shift, this weight loss drops the 0-60 mph sprint to just 3.3 sec with a 202 mph maximum, which just happens to be identical performance to arch rival the Ferrari 458 Italia.
Priced at £180k in the UK, the LP570-4 is competitive with it’s rivals, but the optional (and unnecessary) carbon brakes seem expensive at £14k. The Superleggera is one of the fastest Gallardo and may well prove to be the greatest Lambo of all.

Screwdriver
Few mixed drinks are as easy as the screwdriver. It's an essential drink recipe that everyone should know and one of the best brunch drinks. While it's incredibly simple, the screwdriver also lends itself to experimentation and improvement.
Ingredients
1 large or 2 small oranges
1 clementine
50ml vodka
few dashes of Angostura bitters
handful of ice cubes
wedge of orange
Directions
STEP 1
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and clementine and set aside.
STEP 2
Put a handful of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour over the vodka, followed by the fruit juices.
STEP 3
Stir gently to combine, then add the Angostura bitters and a wedge of orange to garnish.
