Physical exercises can affect sleep either negatively or positively. People usually make exercises either in the mornings or in the evenings without thinking too much about the effect that these exercises may have upon their sleep patterns. However, it should be noted that the time of physical exercises may have a great impact on the life style of people and the way they sleep. That is why it is important to determine the correct time for physical exercises. Morning exercises are better compared to evening exercises as far as the quality of sleep is concerned. The morning exercising is effective in solving some serious sleeping disorders. Some of these disorders include insomnia, restless leg syndrome, leg cramps, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, hypersomnia and shift work sleep.
