The Lady:
The Lady knows her status as a queen.
She Steps up, she stays sharp.
She knows the tongue is a double edged sword.
She wields great Power in the tongue.
She knows her wisdom multiplies lives.
The lady is too busy running her own race to worry about others' opinions of her.
The lady does not waste his time, money, and energy on crap that is worthless.
The lady trusts God, and knows it's not okay to damage a man's emotions.
She does not accept failure. The lady takes care of home.
The lady knows there's a difference between fantasy and reason.
The lady knows life is a sum total of who you spend it with.
The lady knows its better to keep her mouth shut and have everyone think she is stupid than to open it and prove them right.
We dont compare, we team up and dominate.
The lady knows who and what can destroy life.
The lady knows the difference between womanhood and femalehood.
She knows everything down to the way she walks is a powerful statement.
She entails great messages of hope, wisdom, love, grace, and beauty.
The Guy
The guy let me tell you what the guy does and knows. The guy knows his status as a king.
He steps up, he stays sharp.
The guy knows its better to keep his mouth shut and have everyone think he is stupid than to open it and prove them right.
He knows the tongue is a double edged sword and he does his homework before doing anything else. The guy accepts correction and responsibility when he knows he is wrong and when is doing right.
The guy knows there's a difference between fantasy and reason.
The guy knows life is a sum total of who you spend it with.
We don't compare, we team up and dominate.
The man knows who and what can destroy life.
The man knows the difference between manhood and malehood.
He does not accept failure. The guy takes care of home.

To My Special Girl
Who I only have eyes for forever
it's like you have your own space in my head and heart
and I love it. Sometimes it looks like you have a lot of stress
and weight on your shoulders. Let me lift that
stress and weight up off your shoulders that way I could wrap my
arms around you and just hold you and talk to you
and walk down the block holding hands
with you. It’s like I can't go
a day without talking to you or seeing you and no I’m not writing I’m
just thinking out loud you probably think I’ll ever let you see me cry but nah
I'm a man and husband in love with his wife
It feels really good to go from single to married. It’s like that missing part
has been found now all I gotta do is make it fit in with me and you.
Tree
I start from a little seed planted
Buried in soil beneath the ground
Add water to soil and watch me grow
As I grow the ground shakes and trembles
People say I take up a lot and I do but I give a lot back to the earth to perhaps a
Piece of me right now. I grow and sprout. You see those leaves over their in the soil with the grass grown
On the ground that’s the foundation just like your feet are for which your body stands.
Feel that sunlight from up above well I’m protecting you from UV rays that
cause skin cancer. You and I both
feel the air and can’t see it all but I give off the key thing that keeps
you are alive and that’s oxygen.
I help people live.
That is the most important part of my job.
Valentine’s day poem
Well you already I can’t let this day
without saying happy Valentine’s Day.
