VAGUE LOVE

PREFACE

I’ve been thinking of what I truly desire. Should I go forth where my heart wants to go or should I go back of where my mind wants to stay? It’s really mind boggling on what to choose – mind or heart. It is indeed difficult. Well, we can weight both options but there is really something in both that you can’t resist. If you were in my situation, would you take the risk? I just can’t imagine that I need to choose between the two even if it’s possible for me to take both. But as they say, no one can cross two rivers at the same time or hitting two birds in one stone – how ironic life would be.

In the society where I live, I need to conform to the norms being practiced. “No matter how hard to blend in, I need to make myself hard not to be hurt…” Life is indeed a maze full of challenges. Challenges that would determine of what kind of human person you are. If you’re strong, you can rule. If you’re weak, just try to fit in or just be dominated by hypocrites. Remember, we are now living in a world where everyone is fighting for their rights – rights to suffrage. Well, not me. I’m fighting for my love. I know its kind a weird but yes, I’m fighting for my right to love because everything in this world needs love and to be loved.

PART I: LOVING IN TWILIGHT

The man that I long,

In my dreams that I could see.

I shouldn’t be wrong,

Travelling in my dreams just you and me.

I couldn’t stop myself in this nightmare.

Happiness that I can feel.

To whom this love I want to share,

The story that I want to be real.

As the moon shines so bright,

The relationship full of light.

As it fades and out of sight,

It wakes me up to make things right.

I’m still in my bed thinking of what I dreamt.

Should I be thankful of that scenery, my friend?

I thought of something and see what it meant.

It opens my mind that it’s not yet the end.

I want to say something from you all about.

My feelings I wanted to shout.

But this feelings full of doubt,

The love to conceal and won’t let it out.

As I go by in the night so dark,

Calling your name is a remedy to me.

As the night colors the world black,

I see no problem as you mean the world to me.

As I thought of myself and consider everything,

I love you and that is true more than anything.

It is so impossible for you to like me,

Perfect as you are humble and shy.
