INTRODUCTION

Air fryer is a celebrated replacement for deep fryer and a healthier alternative if you want to keep a check on your daily calorie intake and still get the satisfying taste of deep fried crunch. With any air fryer of your choice, it is easy to start using the recipes in this cookbook to create delicious and healthy meals for everyone. Air fryer is a wonderful kitchen tool that changes the way we fry food at home and gives us some measure of control over our consumption of fat.  It can make every day your fry day.

How Does Air fryer Work?

Air fryer is just like a miniaturized version of a large toaster oven with a heating element placed on top with a large fan circulating hot air around enough to cook food quickly. Some comes with removable basket or rack where food is placed and allowed to cook by heat when hot air is generated.

Often times you need to shake it during cooking process to let the heat reach everywhere and cook evenly.

The cooking units of an air fryer are coated with non-stick coating. You can even cook with little or no spray of oil, and it will still taste great. The Air fryer minimizes the use of oil by 70 to 80%. So, you can go on to enjoy all your fried foods and still stay safe within your daily calorie range.

Your air fryer can cook all kinds of fresh food once you understand how it works and go ahead to enjoy your air fried broccoli florets, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, cheese sticks, salmon, chicken, steak, pork chops, pizza, and doughnuts.

You may need to spray oil directly on your vegetables before air frying. When cooking, I strongly recommend vegetable oil or canola oil due to its higher smoke point

You don't need added oil to cook juicy meat. Air fryers are also great at reheating baked foods.

You can choose any function that matches my recipe whether you want to bake, broil or roast.

Temperature and Timing

Though a lot of air fryers have adjustable temperature and timer features, it is safer to always check on the food so it doesn't overcook or undercook.

Why Everyone Needs Air fryer?

Air fryers turn out to be healthier cutting calories by about 80% due to very low oil content. It also does quick frying. Air fried food gives the delightful, crunchy taste of deep fried food.  It is easy to maintain, and leaves you with no mess to clean up. Additionally, air frying does not fill your home with smoke and smell of fried food. It doesn’t take much space on your counter top. Its baskets or racks are dishwasher safe.

Downside of Air fryer

Due to the smallness of most air fryers on the market and their limited basket capacity, it can be challenging to air-fry meals for a large family. However, bigger air fryers may soon be on the market. You won’t be able to fry any food coated in batter without leaving some mess.

Comparatively, the cooking duration of air fryer is longer than a deep fryer but shorter than an oven.

In all, air fryer is a convenient and easy cooking appliance. You can air fry, bake, roast and even grill with it.

BREAKFAST RECIPES

Quick Fried Chicken Omelets

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 18 minutes

Total Time: 23 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fully cooked oven roasted diced chicken breast (divide into two)

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons shredded cheese (divide into two)

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic (divide into two)

1/4 teaspoon onion powder (divide into two)

1/2 teaspoon salt (divide into two)

1/4 teaspoon pepper (divide into two)

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 330F° and spray 2 ramekins with oil

2. Crack 2 eggs in each ramekin; add shredded cheese in each one of the ramekins.

3. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper in each of the ramekins and whisk well to combine.

4. Add 1/4 cup of the diced chicken breast in each ramekins

5. Place in the air fryer and cook until the omelet is no longer runny, for 18 minutes

6. Remove from heat to cool down before serving. Enjoy!

Easy Chocolate Orange Muffins

Servings: 8

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Total Time: 32 minutes

Ingredients:

100 gram all purpose flour

1 large egg

50 ml whole milk

110 gram caster sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1 large orange juice and rind

50 gram butter

20 gram cocoa powder

1 teaspoon cocoa nibs

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

For the frosting:

50 ml orange juice

50 gram butter

100 gram icing sugar

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 330F°

2. In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, butter and sugar and mix until the mixture looks a little bit like bread crumbs.

3. Add the honey, cocoa, vanilla, and orange and mix well.

4. Combine the egg and milk in a mixing jug and beat until well mixed.

5. Add the egg and milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix well with a fork to get a muffin batter.

6. Rub flour around the edges of the muffin cases to avoid sticking and then put 2 tablespoons in each of the cases.

7.  place in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes.

8. When is done cooking transfer to a baking rack to cool off.

9. Put the butter in a small bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until creamy, add the orange juice and icing sugar and then mix until well mixed and creamy.

10.  Use a nozzle and Place a layer of the butter cream on top of each muffin.

11. Serve and enjoy!

Note: make sure the muffin are cool before topping with the butter cream

Healthy French toast

Servings: 3

Prep time: 4 minutes

Cook time: 6 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3medium size eggs

6 slices of bread

1cup of milk

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1.  Preheat your air fryer to 320 °F

2. Combine the milk, eggs vanilla and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl and beat until eggs are broken up and well mixed with other ingredients

3. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture and try to shake off any excess mix.

4. Put the each slice of bread into the air fryer pan or basket.

5. Let the slices of bread cook for 6 minutes and turn only once

6. Remove from air fryer and serve with your desired toppings. Enjoy!

Delicious Blueberry Muffins

Servings: 4

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 14 minutes

Total Time: 19 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons of sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 medium size egg

2 teaspoons of vanilla

1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 320 °F. Spray 4 silicone muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray

2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix well until smooth batter is formed

3. Transfer the batter to the prepared silicone muffin cups and let the cups be 1/4 full

4. Put the cups to the heated air fryer to cook for about 14 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Quick Egg and Bacon Cups

Servings: 4

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

4 medium sized eggs

6 ounces bacon

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 360°F

2.  In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs; add the paprika, dried dill, and salt, mix until well mixed

3. Prepare 4 ramekins and spread them with the butter

4. Line the ramekins in a cup shape with the bacon

5. Transfer the eggs mixture to the bacon ramekins cup

6. Place the bacon ramekins cup into the heated air fryer and cook for about 15 minutes

7. Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!

Easy Hard Boiled Eggs

Servings: 4

Prep time: 1 minute

Cook time: 16 minutes

Total Time: 17 minutes

Ingredients:

4 large Eggs

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 250°F

2. Carefully put the eggs in the air fryer basket

3. Slide the basket into the heated air fryer and cook for 16 minutes

4. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl of cold water for easy peeling. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Lemon Muffins

Servings: 4

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

130 grams multipurpose flour

135 grams butter

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

125 grams caster sugar

100 grams cream cheese

2 medium sized eggs

2 teaspoons lemon juice

A pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F

2. Warm the cheese and butter to room temperature for easy cutting.

3. Cut the butter and cheese into small cubes, when it soft.

4. Beat the cheese and butter into light and creamy consistency

5. Add caster sugar and continue to beat for about 5 minutes or until light and fluffy.

6. Add the eggs one after the other, beat well before adding the other.

7. Add in the flour and salt to taste

8. Add the lemon juice

9. Scoop the mix into silicon cups

10. Transfer the silicon cups into the basket of the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into the silicon cup come out clean.

11. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving

Quick Breakfast Frittata

Servings: 3

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients

3 medium sized Eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 Italian sausage

Chopped parsley

4 cherry tomatoes cut into halves

Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste

Directions:

1.  Preheat the Air Fryer to 360 degree F

2. Place the sausage and cherry tomatoes in the air fryer baking container and bake for 5 minutes

3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.

4. Once the sausage and cherry tomatoes is done baking, evenly spread egg mixture over it and continue baking for about 5 more minutes

5. Remove from heat and serve at room temperature. Enjoy!

Delicious Hash Browns

Servings: 3

Prep time: 30 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

2 potatoes (Peel, grated or diced)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Put the potatoes into a medium bowl of cold water to soak for about 30 minutes

2. Drain the potatoes and properly dry with paper towels.

3. Drizzle oil on the potatoes, season with salt to taste and toss to combine

4. Put the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook in 350 degree F preheated air fryer for about 20 minutes.

5. Turn 2 times with tongs

6. Remove from air fryer and season with salt. Serve and enjoy

Healthy Grilled Cheese

Servings: 1

Prep time: 2 minute

Cook time: 8 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

2 slices of Bread

2 teaspoons Butter

30 grams shredded Mozzarella Cheese

2 slices Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F

2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread

3. Place the two cheeses between bread slices and let the butter side on the Outside

4. Put in air fryer and cook for about 8 minutes, turn once

Easy Air Fryer Steak

Servings: 2

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 16 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon freshly chopped rosemary

2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley

1 teaspoon freshly chopped thyme

1 teaspoon freshly chopped chives

1 (2 lb.) bone-in rib eye

Salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F

2.  Combine the herbs and butter in a small bowl.

3. Put the mixture in a center of a plastic wrap and then roll into a log.

4. Make it tight by twisting the both end and then refrigerate for 20 -25 minutes

5. Carefully season the steak with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Put the steak in the air fryer basket and cook 11-15 minutes, turn only once.

7. Remove steak from heat and top with a slice of herb butter. Serve and enjoy!

Quick Brownies

Servings: 2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 19 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2medium eggs

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly

1/3 cup cocoa powder

Pinch kosher salt

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F and spray 6 inches round cake pan with non- sticking cooking spray.

2. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt in a medium mixing bowl and whisk well.

3. Combine the eggs and butter in another small bowl and whisk well.

4. Combine the dry mixture and the wet one together and stir until well mixed.

5. Evenly place the batter to the cake pan and the cook in air fryer for 15-19 minutes

6. Remove from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Easy Breakfast Hash Brown

Servings: 8 pieces

Prep time: 15 minute

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

41 teaspoon Vegetable Oil

Large potatoes, peeled and finely grated

2 tablespoon Corn flour

2 teaspoon Chili flakes

Salt to taste

Pepper powder to taste

1 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional)

1 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

1.  Soak the grated potatoes in cold water and drain out the water, repeat it for 2 or more times to get rid of excess starch in potatoes.

2. Place 1 teaspoon of oil in non-stick pan and heat over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes

3. Remove from heat and let it cool down and then transfer to a place.

4. Add corn flour, garlic, chili flakes onion powder, salt and pepper in small bowl and mix well

5.  Spread the mixture over the plate and then pat firm with fingers

6. Put in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes

7. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and brush air fryer basket with small oil.

8. Remove the potato from the fridge and divide equally into two with knife

9. Place the air fryer basket and fry for about 15 minutes, turn once halfway and repeat with the remaining.

10. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy!

LUNCH RECIPES

Raspberry Balsamic Smoked Pork Chops

Servings: 4

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

3 medium eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

4 smoked bone-in pork chops (7-1/2 oz each)

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam

1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°

2. Spray cooking spray on the air fryer basket.

3. Combine the milk and egg in a small bowl and whisk

4. Toss the bread crumbs together with pecans in another bowl

5. Evenly coat the pork shops with flour, make sure you remove the any excess

6. Dip the coated pork chops in egg &milk mixture and also in bread crumbs mixture and then pat well to adhere.

7. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray (do this in batches if necessary)

8. Cook for about 13-15 minutes, turn once and spray with additional cooking spray

9. Remove from air fryer and repeat the process.

10. While the remaining chops is still cooking, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, cook and stir often until for about 6-8 minutes or until slightly thickened.

11. Remove from heat and serve immediately with the pork chops. Enjoy!

Fried Rice with Sesame-Sriracha Sauce

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked white rice

1 tablespoon vegetable olive oil

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon sriracha

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, if possible toasted one, and more for topping

2 medium eggs, lightly beaten

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon Water

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 350F°

2. Pour 1 tablespoon of water in a medium bowl, add the rice, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, toss until rice is coated.

3. Transfer the coated rice to a 7” round fryer insert foil pan or cake dish.

4. Place in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, stir once in the middle of the cooking time.

5. While the rice is cooking, combine the sesame seeds, sriracha, soy sauce, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of sesame in a small bowl and stir well.

6. Lightly beat the egg in a small bowl and pour it over the rice in the air fryer, close and cook for additional 4 minutes or more.

7. Add the carrots and peas to the air fryer, stir until they are well distribute to the rice and egg break up.

8. Close the air fryer and cook for additional 2 minutes or until the carrots and peas are heated

9. Remove from air fryer and scoop into a serving plate, add the sauce and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it and enjoy!

Note: you can make use of 5. 3 quart air fryer if you want.

Air Fryer Hamburger

Servings: 4

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb 450grem ground beef

4 slices of cheese

4 burger buns (gluten-free)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Lettuce, mayo Tomatoes and more for garnishing

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F

2. Place the beef in a medium bowl, season with salt and mix well and form into 4 burger patties

3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil, place the burgers and cook for 13 minutes, turn once halfway.

4. 2 minutes before the cooking time is up, open the air fryer and top each burger with cheese, close and continue with for more 2 minutes

5.  Garnish the burgers with Lettuce, mayo, Tomatoes and serve. Enjoy!

Simple Fish and chips

Servings: 4

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 40minutes

Ingredients:

2 medium sided potatoes (just 1 pound)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

FISH:

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 400°

2. Properly peel and chop the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2" thick and also cut the 1/2 inch lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick sticks

3. Toss potatoes olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

4. Place the toss potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do this in batches if necessary)

5. Cook for 6-10 minutes, turn once and continue cooking until tender, lightly brown and crunchy or more 6-10 minutes.

6. Meanwhile as the potatoes are cooking, mix flour and pepper in a small bowl.

7. in another small bowl whisk egg and water

Party Meatballs

1 lb mince beef

3/4 cup tomato ketchup

3 gingersnaps crushed

1 tablespoon tabasco

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 375°F

2. Place the seasonings in a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth, add in the mince and mix well.

3. Mold into a medium round meatballs.

4. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, turn once in the middle of the cooking time or until golden brown and crunchy.( you can also work in batches if necessary)

5.  Remove from the air fryer and transfer to the sticks to cool down before serving. Enjoy!

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F. Trim parchment paper cut to the size of the air fryer basket Dipping Sauce.

2. Combine the flour, beer, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.

3. Coat beans in batches with the mixture and make sure the excess are neatly shake off.

4. Put the parchment paper on the base of the air fryer basket.

5. Put only one layer of the coated beans in the air fryer and cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until brown and crunchy. Repeat process with remaining coated beans.

6. Combine the ranch dressing horseradish and sriracha sauce in a small bowl and mix well.

Quick & easy Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

1 skinless, boneless chicken breast

4 teaspoons chili powder, divided

4 teaspoons ground cumin, divided

2 teaspoons chipotle flakes

2 teaspoons Mexican oregano

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips

1 fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced into thin strips

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 lime, juiced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

4 extra-long toothpicks

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F.

2.  Put the 4 toothpicks in a small bowl and cover them with clean water, let them soak well to avoid burning during cooking

3. In a shallow dish, combine the 2 teaspoons of cumin and 2 teaspoons of chili powder and mix well.

4. Put the chicken breast on a flat work surface and slice horizontally through the center.

5.  Use rolling pin or kitchen mallet to pound each half to get 1/4 inch thick.

6. Properly sprinkle the chicken breast half evenly with the remaining cumin, chili powder, 2 teaspoons chipotle flakes,2 teaspoons Mexican oregano and then season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Put the sliced red bell pepper, jalapeno, onion in the center of one chicken breast halved.

8. Roll the chicken upward from the tapered end and secure with 2 soaked toothpicks, repeat process with remaining chicken breast, vegetables, spices and secure with remaining toothpicks.

9.  Roll each of the chicken roll in the chili-cumin mixture and drizzle with oil until equally covered

10. Transfer to the air fryer basket, let the toothpicks side face up and cook for 6 minutes.

11. Turn once and cook for more 5 minutes or until ready.

12. Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice before serving. Enjoy!

Sweet and Sour Pineapple Pork

1 can (8 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, don’t drain

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 pork tenderloins (3/4 pound each), halved

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to350°F and grease the air fryer basket

2. Combine the crushed pineapple, brown sugar, cider vinegar, sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce and garlic powder in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high-medium heat

3. Lower the heat and simmer, don’t cover until thickened for about 14- 20 minutes, stir occasionally

4. Season the pork with salt and pepper and place in the greased air fryer basket and spritz with cooking spray.

5. Cook for about 7-8 minutes or until  the edges begins  to brown, then turn the pork pour ¼ cup sauce over it and continue cooking for more 10-12 minutes.

6. Remove from heat and let it stand for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Bourbon Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

Servings: make 8 rolls

Ingredients:

8 bacon strips

1/2 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup bourbon

1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot

1 tube (12.4 oz.) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

2. In a shallow bowl, place the bacon and add bourbon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Remove from fridge, pat dry the bacon and throw away the bourbon

4. Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high until almost crunchy (make in batches)

5. Remove to paper towels to drain, throw away all but leave I teaspoon drippings

6. Separate the dough into 8 rolls, reserve icing packet.

7. Stretch out the spiral rolls into long strips and pat dough to form 6x1 inch strips.

8. Put 1 bacon strip on each strip of dough, trim as needed and roll it again pinch the both ends to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.

9. Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes, turn once and continue cooking for more 4 minutes or until it turn golden brown (cook in batches)

10. As the rolls are cooking, combine the maple syrup and pecans in a bowl.

11. In another bowl stir the content of the icing packet with ginger.

12. Heat the 1 teaspoon of bacon dripping that was reserved in the same skillet, add the maple syrup and pecans mixture.

13. Cook and stir often for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.

14.  Drizzle half of the icing on warm cinnamon rolls and top with half of the pecans. Repeat the process and enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

4 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 pound sliced cooked corned beef

1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained

Thousand Island salad dressing

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray

2. Unroll the pizza crust dough on a lightly floured surface, pat into a 12 inch squares and the cut into 4 squares

3. Layer 1 slice of cheese and a quarter of the sauerkraut and corned beef slantwise on half of each square to within 1/2 inch of edges

4. Fold one side over the filling to the opposite corner and seal the edges with a fork

5. Place 2 calzones in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes turn once or cook until golden brown.

6. Remove from heat to cook, not completely, repeats the process.

2 tablespoons ketchup

1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves

2 oz. cheddar cheese, sliced

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 375°.

2. Combine parsley, green onions and 2 teaspoons of mustard in a small bowl.

Juicy Caribbean Spiced Chicken

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets

1 tablespoon ground coriander seed

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1-1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

3 tablespoons coconut oil

Salt and Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Remove the chicken from pack and pat dry.

2. Place chicken on a large baking dish covered with paper towels.

3. Season with salt and pepper on both side of the chicken and then let rest for 30 minutes.

4. Combine the coriander, cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a small bowl and mix well.

5. Coat the chicken with the spice mixture and then properly brush with oil

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken

6 jalapenos, stem removed seeded and chop lengthwise

12 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

125g room temperature cream cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Oil Mixture

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

4 tablespoons avocado oil

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

1.  Combine the cream cheese, chili powder, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and put aside.

2. Use a butter knife to put the cream cheese mixture in each of the jalapeno halves.

3. Roll out a piece of chicken thigh to be very flat, place a jalapeno popper on the chicken and then roll it up. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat the process

4. Combine the oil, onion powder and chili powder in a small bowl and mix well.

5. Brush each piece of chicken with the oil mixture

6. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and properly arrange the chicken in the air fryer basket.(do this in batches)

7. Cook for 6 minutes and turn only once and cook for more 6 minutes.

8. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Delicious Mozzarella Balls

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh grated mozzarella

1 tablespoon oregano

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 large egg

1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan

1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment pepper.

2. Add parmesan and cornstarch to the shredded cheese and mix until well mixed

3. Roll the cheese into small-small size balls put in freezer for about 45-60 minutes

4. Beat the egg in a small bowl and combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder and salt in another small bowl and mix well

5. Dip the cheese balls in the beaten egg and let it coat well.

6. Roll the coated balls in the bread crumbs and return back to the baking sheet, refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Repeat the process

7. place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, rotate often

8. When the balls are done cooking return it back to the baking sheet and let it sit for some time before serving. Enjoy!

4. In a small bowl, place melted butter and breadcrumbs (with parmesan optional) in another small bowl.  5. Dip chicken nuggets in melted butter and then breadcrumbs

6. Place the chicken nuggets in single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batch). Let it cook for 8 minutes. Turn once halfway.

7. Remove with tongs to a plate cool off. Serve and enjoy!

Quick Pita Bread Cheese Pizza

Servings: 1

1gram Pita Bread

1 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce

1/4 cup Mozarella Cheese

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

1 Stainless Steel Short Legged Trivet

7 slices Pepperoni or more

1/2 teaspoon Fresh Garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon Yellow Onion, finely sliced

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 350°F

2. Swirl the pizza sauce over the pita bread with a spoon, add the toppings and cheese

3. Drizzle the oil over the pizza bread.

4. Place the pita bread in the air fryer basket, place a trivet over it and cook for 5 minutes.

5. When is done cooking remove from air fryer, let it cool down before cutting.

Crispy Tofu with Sticky Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

1 pound extra-firm tofu or super-firm tofu, drained, pressed and cut in cubes

1 tablespoon tamari

1 tablespoon cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)

For the sauce:

1 teaspoon orange zest

2 teaspoons cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)

1/3 cup orange juice

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

Directions:

1.  In a large reseal-able bag, put the tofu cubes, add the tamari and seal the storage bag.

2. Give the bag a thorough shake until the tofu well coated with the tamari.

3. Add the tablespoon of cornstarch to the bag and Shake again until the tofu is evenly coated. Put aside for about 15 minutes to marinate

4. In a small bowl add all the sauce ingredients and well with a spoon and put aside.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 390 ° F and place the tofu in a single layer (do this in batches)

6. Cook for about 10 minutes, turn once in the middle of the cooking time.

7. When the tofu are done cooking in the air fryer, transfer to a skillet and cook over medium-high heat.

8. Stir the sauce and pour it on the tofu and then stir well until sauce is thickened and the tofu is heated through

9. Remove from heat and serve with steamed vegetables and rice (optional)

3. Slice the steak into 1/4 inch slices

4. Add onions and pepper to the steak and mix well.

5. Place steak to the air fryer basket and add the fajita seasoning, make sure is evenly coated.

6. Cook for 15 minutes, turn once in the middle of the time, or until it is done to your liking.

7. Remove from heat and serve with warm tortillas.

Quick burgers with cheese

Servings: 5

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

Hawaiian rolls

2 slices of cheese

Salt freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 370 F°

2. Shape the burgers into patties and season with salt and pepper to taste

3. Place the burgers in the air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes, turn once in the middle of the time.

4. When the 9 minutes is up, add the cheese on top of each burger and let it cook for a minute.

5. Remove from air fryer and serve burgers on Hawaiian rolls or buns. Enjoy!

Crispy Artichoke Hearts with Horseradish Sauce

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen artichoke hearts

1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed

2 tablespoons vegetable Oil

1/2 teaspoon Homemade Seasoned Salt

1/4 teaspoon roughly ground Black Pepper

Horseradish Sauce

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and place parchment paper in a cookie sheet

2. Add oil and lemon juice in the bag of artichoke hearts, shake well to coat, season with salt and pepper, toss until well mixed.

3. Arrange the artichoke in a single layer in the prepared parchment paper and place in the air fryer and cook for 3o minutes, turn once in the middle of the cooking time, or cook until artichoke is lightly brown and crunchy.

4. Remove from air fryer and place I a serving plate.

5. Serve artichoke heart with chilled horseradish sauce. Enjoy!

Steak & Asparagus Bundles

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

3 pounds Flank steak, cut into 6 pieces

1/2 cup Tamari sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/3 cup beef broth

1 pound asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 bell peppers, seed removed and finely sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Salt freshly ground black pepper to taste

Olive oil spray

Directions:

1. Properly season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste

2. In a large real-able bag, put the steaks; add garlic and tamari sauce and then seal the bag

3. Toss the steaks until evenly coated, put in the fridge to marinade for about 1 hour or overnight

4. To assemble, remove steaks the marinade bag and transfer to a chopping board. Through away the marinade

5. Place bell peppers and asparagus in center of each steak, roll steak around bell peppers and asparagus and then use tooth picks to secure.

6.  Preheat the air fryer to 400 F° and spray veggies with cooking oil

7. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes (work in batches if necessary and manage the time accordingly)

8. When you are done cooking, remove from air fryer and let it rest for at least 5 minutes slicing and serving

9. In a medium sauce pan, combine the butter, balsamic vinegar and broth and heat over medium heat whisk well to combine.

10. Continue cooking until liquid is reduced and sauce is thickened, add salt and pepper to taste.

11. Remove sauce from heat and pour over steaks bundles and serve. Enjoy!

Quick Rosemary Potato Wedges

2 russet potatoes, sliced into 12 wedges let the skin be on it

2. In a large bowl, put the potatoes and toss well with the oil.

3. Sprinkle the potatoes with the rosemary and seasoned salt and then toast well until combined.

4. Properly put the potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket and then cook for 20 minutes, turn once with tongs, you can cook in batches.

5. Remove from heat when done cooking and let it cool before serving. Enjoy!

Easy Oat Sandwich Biscuits

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

100 gram butter

150 gram all purpose flour

1 large egg, beaten

75 gram white sugar

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

20 g white chocolate

1/2 cup gluten free oats (or regular oats)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

For the filling:

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

50 gram butter

1/2 small lemon juice only

100 gram icing sugar

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 380F°

2. Combine the butter and sugar in a small bowl and whisk until fluffy.

3.  Add the egg, coconut, chocolate, vanilla and flour to the same bowl and mix well.

4. Mold the mixture into medium biscuit form, add the oats

5. Place the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, turn once in the middle of the cooking time.

6.  Remove from air fryer and let cool.

7. Make the filling by combining the butter and icing sugar in a small bowl and whisk until creamy, add the vanilla, lemon juice and mix well, put aside.

8. Add the filling to the biscuit when it is no more hot, press the biscuit and filling together to resemble sandwich.

Zucchini Chips

Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, finely sliced

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup panko bread crumbs

2 medium egg

Cooking spray

Directions:

1.  Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F.

2.  Crack and beat the eggs

3. Combine the Parmesan cheese and panko in a small bowl and mix well.

4. Dip a slice of zucchini into the beaten egg and also into Parmesan cheese and panko mixture and then press well to evenly coated

5. Put the coated zucchini on a wire baking rack and continue with the remaining slices until they are all coated.

6. Spray the coated zucchini slices slightly with the cooking spray

7. Place as many zucchini slices as the air fryer basket can contain, but make sure you don’t overlap them.

8.  Cook the zucchini slices for about 10 minutes in an air fryer, flip with tongs half way and cook for additional 2minutes before removing from the heat and continue with the remaining zucchini slices.

9.  Serve and enjoy!

Mozzarella Sticks

Servings: 24 sticks

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz) package part skim mozzarella string cheese, cut each stick into half

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup panko

1/4 cup whole wheat flour

2 medium eggs

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

Ranch for dipping

Marinara sauce for dipping

Directions:

1. Place the cheese stick in large zip lock back bag and put in the freezer until frozen.

2. Crack eggs in a small bowl and whisk well, put aside.

3. Combine the breadcrumbs, onion powder, panko, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and smoked paprika in another small bowl and whisk until well mixed, put aside.

4. Place a parchment paper in a rimmed baking dish

5. Remove the cheese stick from the freezer and place in another zip bag, add flour, shake until the cheese stick well coated, through away the excess flour.

6. Dip the cheese sticks one after the other in the egg bowl, panko mixture bowl and make sure they well coated.

7. Place on a prepared baking dish and continue with the remaining.

8.  Place the baking dish in the freezer so that the cheese sticks 1 hour.

9.  Preheat the air fryer to 370F° and let hit for 5 minutes.

10. When it beeps, open the air fryer and spray the cooking spray on the basket

11. Place about 6 cheese stick at a time in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

12. Remove from air fryer when it done cooking and repeat with the remaining

13. Sever the mozzarella with dipping sauce of choice. Enjoy!

Repeat with as many mozzarella sticks as you’d like. Store uncooked leftovers in the freezer!

Bob Harper French Fries

Crispy Chickpeas

19 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

1.  Heat air fryer to 390°F.

2. Toss the chickpeas with oil and spices

3. Place all the chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook for about 13-15 minutes, shake from time to time while cooking

4. Remove from air fryer, taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.

5. Store the chickpeas in an open container. Enjoy!

Perfect Salmon

2 wild caught salmon fillets with about 1-1/2 inches thick

Lemon wedges

2 tablespoons teaspoons avocado oil or olive oil
