“We Are Peace” – An Impulse from Christina von Dreien

A new world view

Winter 2017/2018. a few months ago our first book, “Christina – Twins Born as Light”, was published, and since then a lot has changed in our lives. My daughter, Christina, who is now 16½, my 14-year-old son, Mario, and I live together with our animals, plants and stones at our home in Toggenburg. And yet, for me, nothing is as I had once thought and planned. Since January 2015, my world has literally expanded by dimensions, and I am becoming more and more aware of the far-reaching effects that this unexpected broadening of horizons has already had and will continue to have.

I remember how, almost three years ago, it was difficult for me to get used to Christina’s many paranormal gifts and expanded consciousness. Meanwhile, all this is still pretty much a mystery to me, but as time has passed, the initial astonishment and confusion have given way to deep fascination coupled with innumerable learning processes, with new hurdles and new insights – altogether a huge journey to myself. I realise more and more what wonderful perspectives this new quality of consciousness can open up for me as well as for every single person on this planet. Through all that I have learned from Christina in the past years, I have been able to thoroughly revise my earlier patterns of thought and my earlier view of the world.

I also remember Christina saying to me in spring 2015: “People on the Earth behave as if they were playing a game for which they have long since lost the rules.” This summarises the current state of the Earth’s population quite aptly. At that time I asked myself: What exactly are the “rules of the game” which are supposed to regulate human coexistence harmoniously but which we somehow seem to have lost? How can we manage to regain the inner and outer peace that most people so long for? What exactly would we have to change in the way we think and act, to enable humanity to take its next evolutionary step?

When I then compared Christina’s multidimensional world view with my own way of thinking at that time, I quickly realised that my life had simply not included being taught the overriding universal rules of the game, based on harmony and goodness – neither by my parents, nor at school, nor by the church. The situation must have been similar for most of my contemporaries. I was taught how to shape my life so as to be at peace with myself and my environment; I was taught not to carry around any unresolved conflicts with myself or with my surroundings and to be able to leave this world with a clear conscience at any time. All this formed a positive and constructive basis for my life, for which I am exceedingly grateful, and yet it seems to me to be extremely sketchy and incomplete from my present point of view.

Throughout my life, my thoughts and actions were guided by the prevailing morals of society, meaning by laws and constructs artificially created by human beings, based on a rather narrow view of the world and of humankind. And it is precisely this narrow-mindedness and incompleteness that is probably responsible for the fact that so many people today feel disoriented, isolated, trapped and powerless despite technical progress and despite external prosperity. What is urgently needed today is a world view that is comprehensive enough to encompass and describe all aspects of the physical, mental and spiritual in a meaningful way. Today, what is urgently needed is an ethic that is profound enough to allow people to understand the higher cosmic laws and rules on which creation is built. What is urgently needed is a viable way to reconnect people with the greater whole, with their divine origin.

This should actually be the task of religion (from the Latin religio = “reconnection to God”). But, as Christina has already explained many times, today’s religious systems are no longer able to do this because all of them have been infiltrated and falsified for many centuries. For example, a solid understanding of the multidimensionality of the cosmos, of the numerous realities beyond the earthly-material and of the universal rules of the game also existed in Christianity originally. But the dark powers succeeded in transforming the churches and other organised religious institutions into manipulative power systems based on fear and exploitation in which an expanded consciousness of the individual is by no means desired. People also didn’t stop short of rewriting and falsifying their own holy scriptures. Although, for every human being, higher realities are always directly discernible, and although they are documented in detail, for example in the Vedic writings of the advanced civilisation of ancient India, the autocratic, manipulative dark powers have succeeded in forcing people worldwide into low-vibration frequencies of fear and frustration, thus keeping them from recognising the obvious. But now the time has come for people to free themselves from these unlight systems, to broaden their horizons and to remember again who they really are: they are divine creator beings and thus also creators of their own reality at all times.

Christina continues, saying that religious institutions in the conventional sense are therefore no longer necessary. You don’t need an externally determined, authoritarian form of spirituality to orient yourself according to the divine plan and to find and fulfil your own purpose in life. With expanded consciousness, you can directly perceive cosmic laws and orient your personal behaviour accordingly. Christina says that already today an increasing number of conscious people are aligning their world view and ethics directly with cosmic laws – just like she does herself. And many, many more will join them in the coming years.

With this new world view and these ethics, the people of the future will also carry a new form of love into the world that will make human-made moral rules and laws as well as other artificial restrictions, such as national borders, superfluous. This evolutionary process has already been decided and is in full swing, but how long it will take depends on the collective consciousness and collective choices of humanity. Each individual person can therefore make their own important contribution by integrating the universal rules of the game into their own world view and ethical behaviour as quickly as possible.

In preparation for our joint seminars in autumn 2017, Christina, our publisher Ronald and I prepare a list of the most important universal laws and rules of the game, the integration of which will sustainably support and accelerate the process of collective awareness. They are briefly outlined below.

The individuality of the soul

In every human body dwells a non-material, unique and conscious soul, a part of the great whole, an individual divine being of which there is only one. This applies not only to human beings but to all beings in the universe – earthly and non-terrestrial, three-dimensional and higher-dimensional, light and unlight. For everything in the cosmos is animated and ensouled, and everywhere in creation conscious living beings can be found.

Christina is able to perceive and communicate with numerous beings in different parallel worlds and dimensions. For her, it is beyond question that the whole universe is inhabited and that each soul is a unique individual. Even without multidimensional perception, it’s not difficult for me to include this as truth in my world view. Due to my upbringing, I’m already familiar with the idea that in each person there is an individual soul, a creature of God. What is new to me, however, is that the same applies to countless other life forms everywhere in the universe and that, for example, our planet Earth is also a conscious living being with a soul.

The cycle of reincarnation (soul transmigration)

All the innumerable souls travel continuously here and there in a huge cycle of wandering through the universe. They travel from dimension to dimension, from density level to density level, from planet to planet and from body to body, to go through adventures, gain experience and accomplish tasks in order to learn and mature.

Of course, I’ve known about this concept of soul transmigration for some time, but I used to think it was only a foreign belief from certain Eastern religions that had no meaning for me as a Christian. In the meantime, however, I’ve realised that this is not a question of faith at all. Because, if there is truly a cycle of reincarnation, then logically this applies not only to Asians and not only to those who believe in it but to all human beings. This is then a law of nature which, like all other laws of nature, is valid regardless of whether an individual believes in it or not. Through Christina’s explanations, I have come to the conclusion that the transmigration of souls is indeed such a natural law, for it seems to me to be far more plausible than any other explanatory model I have encountered in the course of my life.

This understanding gives me a completely new, deeper view of life after death and of the meaning of my existence. Realising how small our present incarnation is in view of the greatness of our real soul existence is also very helpful and opens up new horizons. But even though this incarnation as a terrestrial human being represents only a tiny episode in the overall picture, it is still so important and so decisive.

Soul plan, soul path and purpose in life (dharma)

For every human life – meaning for every incarnation as a human being on planet Earth – there is an overarching soul plan, which contains the most important upcoming life tasks and to which you yourself consented before the incarnation began. This soul plan was compiled in the subtle world on the basis of the previous experiences of the soul concerned and serves to advance this soul in its coming life as far along the path of development as the next, upcoming steps can take it.

On the basis of this overarching soul plan, a concrete soul path is created for every human life. This soul path, this pre-planned path through life, consists of certain experience processes which ultimately cannot be avoided. In this way, life as a terrestrial human being resembles a kind of train journey from a to B in which the individual intermediate stations – meaning the larger and smaller life tasks one has set oneself to fulfil – are already fixed. If our life train stops at one of these stations, then we either have to learn a particular personal lesson there (= learning task) or fulfil a certain task in the service of the community (= serving task). Of course, we can also refuse to meet our respective challenges, but this refusal to follow our agreed soul path will only result in us going astray and taking detours. The task that we’ve tried to avoid will definitely reappear at a future station – be it in this life or in the next. Seen in this light, we can’t ultimately avoid our self-chosen “destiny”, but we can always decide for ourselves how and at what speed we want to fulfil our life’s tasks.

Together, the individual learning tasks and the serving tasks that we mean to fulfil on our soul path create our personal purpose in life, our life’s task. In this context, Christina said already in spring 2015: “It’s important to know that the soul plan never contains elements which the person concerned can’t implement. Abilities, talents and virtues help you to fulfil your core tasks. That’s why it’s important to recognise and use your abilities and gifts.”

She recently added: “Many people’s purpose in life consists of several individual missions which are taken up either one after the other or parallel to one another. For example, someone may be born with the task of learning self-love. This task then accompanies them throughout their life. Further down the line, more missions or life tasks may be added. If these are connected to other people, then things will be adjusted from above so that they fit exactly. If someone lives in the flow of life and fulfils their purpose, then everything is interwoven and brought together from above with such enlightened ability that the person concerned can solve their learning tasks. In the subtle world, a huge logistic masterpiece is therefore constantly being performed to enable all human beings to fulfil their tasks.”

That means: The learning tasks we set ourselves before our incarnation usually accompany us from the very beginning of our lives – or, more precisely, until they are completely solved. If, for example, we have resolved to gain more insight into a particular field of knowledge or to unfold a certain virtue further, then we will be repeatedly led on our path of life into situations in which we can increase our corresponding knowledge or develop the corresponding virtue. In contrast, the serving tasks we set ourselves for this life will only then be encountered on our life’s journey when we are mature enough and ready to accomplish our specific task, our vocation. Coordinating and organising all this does indeed require tremendous feats of logistics on the part of our spiritual companions!

It’s ideal if we can arrange things so that our vocation and thus our service to the community is at the same time our job – meaning that we can earn what we need to live on through this activity. This enables us to enjoy an existence that is both externally secure and internally fulfilled and joyful.

Over the past few months, I’ve been able to experience that all this actually works. Through having integrated knowledge of soul plans, soul paths and purpose in life into my world view and by striving to recognise and fulfil my own tasks, I continuously feel lovingly accompanied and protected. My life has definitely gained in clarity and fulfilment, and somehow deep down I feel that nothing really bad will ever happen to me and that I will never be lost, because everything in our lives is interwoven in an incomprehensible synchronicity and works together in an impressive and harmonious way. This is revealed most clearly if we don’t constantly let our minds interfere.

For the autumn seminars mentioned above, we then jointly draw up two lists regarding this subject with concrete signs and indications which will enable you to recognise whether you’re following your soul path or not:

Free will

One of the central and most powerful cosmic laws is the law of free will. Each individual soul has received the gift of free will from the Creator, and by virtue of this free will, we can all choose at any given time where we direct our consciousness energy, what tasks we undertake, and how we shape our existence.

Through free will, we can always – in every life situation – choose how we react to a concrete station on our soul path, what we do or do not do at this moment, what we say and how we want to act. And, depending on how we decide to act and what we then say and do, this results in either a rather more joyful or a rather more painful stay at the respective “destined station” of our lives. At the same time, our current thoughts, feelings, words and actions in turn create the future framework conditions at our subsequent life stations. What we undertake between the individual fixed stages of our life’s path also lies within our free will.

Another important issue in this context is the distinction between light and unlight. In the first book (Chapter 33, “Beings of unlight”), we already explained in detail that one of the main differences between beings of light and beings of unlight is that divine beings of light always respect and support the free will of all other creatures, while the dark, ungodly beings continuously try to manipulate or suppress the free will of others in order to achieve their goals.

Christina explains: “Due to the influence of the dark powers, most people today have become a kind of ‘organic robot’. They’ve let themselves be led into illusions to such an extent that, under the current social system, they’ve allowed their free will to become well and truly unfit through lack of use. Nevertheless, the law of the free will of every soul applies in all dimensions. Free will is the foundation of self-empowerment and represents the strongest power against darkness.”

With the help of our free will, we as humankind are able to collectively free ourselves from the confining influence of darkness. This is in line with the plan that this planet has chosen and which will certainly be implemented. To be able to support Mother Earth in this project as individual human beings, we must first position ourselves very clearly on the side of light and in doing this give no space in our own lives to the disrespectful, lightless behaviour that has become so “normal” in our society. The more people who do this, the quicker the light will prevail on our planet.

Since the meaning of the law of free will has become clear to me through Christina’s explanations, I’ve felt deeply grateful for the fact that I can rely on my inner guidance at all times, as this inner guidance is on the side of the light and will always lovingly respect my free will but still give me unobtrusive support and show me the right way. Through this, I can learn to train my self-responsibility and prevent feelings of powerlessness. In addition, I intend to pay more and more attention in every life situation to respecting my counterpart’s free will without judgement or evaluation. Although we are called upon and – if it corresponds to our vocation in life – also empowered to support and accompany other people on their journey through life, they still have free will at all times and have to make their own decisions and bear the consequences themselves.

Far too many people today live in total, self-chosen dependency, often without being aware of it – dependency not only on the system implemented by the unlight on the grand scale but also on the views and opinions of others in everyday life. Far too many people voluntarily allow themselves to be blindly influenced or even steered by external circumstances and foreign concepts in their jobs and private lives. It’s no wonder that so many people feel utterly powerless, dissatisfied, frustrated and without identity. They don’t live according to their own soul plan but according to the plans of some external power or other, which is usually not acting in their interest at all. If only they knew that it is within their power – and theirs alone – within the power of their own free will to rid themselves of external determination and to lead a new life in freedom and light-filled self-determination!

Of course, this doesn’t mean being irresponsible and simply leaving everything behind, backing out of all obligations and going through life as an egotistical individualist. The challenge is rather to free yourself from inner patterns of dependency and then consciously align yourself with your soul plan within the existing situation, for example in a partnership or at work.

The law of resonance

Another cosmic law I was able to learn a lot about from Christina is the law of resonance, also known as the law of attraction. There are two different forms of attraction: the attraction of similars (“birds of a feather flock together”) and the attraction of opposites (“opposites attract”).

The resonance of similarity is explained in Christina’s illustrative “aquarium example” (see Book 1, Chapter 16): In the vast aquarium of the universe, each living being perceives only those “fish” that correspond to its own consciousness frequency, although there are countless other parallel dimensions and beings. We are always only able to perceive and consciously use those levels of vibration and reality that correspond to our current state of inner development and are in resonance with our current consciousness.

The law of resonance also enables us to continually create our own personal reality through the orientation of our consciousness and through our decisions and actions. This personal reality in which we move, however, is always only a small part of the all-encompassing, absolute reality which remains incomprehensible to a single human being.

The law of resonance is also reflected in the fact that, depending on our personal frequency and our upcoming learning tasks, we always draw exactly those people, circumstances, events and experiences into our lives that correspond to us and can help us take our next step. This correspondence can, as mentioned, be either in the form of similarity or in the form of oppositeness, depending on what we need to learn.

Since I became aware of this law, I’ve been paying more attention to what I want and to where I direct my thoughts and attention.

The law of cause and effect (karma)

Another very significant and at the same time highly reconciliatory cosmic law is the law of cause and effect, also known as the law of causality. In Eastern philosophy this law of nature is called the law of karma, and, as also mentioned in Book 1, there are a number of idioms in our vernacular that indicate the effect of this law. For instance: “Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” / “What you do comes back to you.” / “You make your bed, you lie in it.” / “Be hoist with your own petard.” Or as Christina once put it: “Every shot they fire will turn back on them – either in this life or in the next.”

Since I became aware of this law, I’ve been paying more attention to how I act, how I speak and how I deal with myself, with my fellow human beings and with all other creatures. In this context, I also take to heart the supreme ethical principle made clear to me by Christina: “Thou shalt not harm a living being in thought, word or deed.”

Our cosmic origin

Through Christina I learned that, in contrast to my earlier convictions and identifications, I cannot truly be defined as a human being, a woman or a Swiss national, a daughter or a mother, an athlete or a naturopath because none of these temporary roles corresponds to my true being. I am – just like all other creatures in the whole cosmos – an eternal being of light, an eternal divine soul, formed from the spirit of God. And just like all other people, I am currently completing a human incarnation on this planet Earth in order to gain human experience and to fulfil certain learning and serving tasks.

From the absolute point of view, there is neither a qualitative nor a quantitative difference between individuals or between humans and the innumerable other living beings who populate the universe, for we all have the same origin and come from the same source.

Christina says: “All human beings are of equal value. Every soul originates from the source of God, and every soul is born as light. We are all part of a greater whole, and we are all connected. The only difference is that the individual souls are going through different learning processes within the great divine plan – until they themselves become a ‘little God’ again.”

Our spiritual companions

Another aspect which I became aware of through Christina and which particularly touches and reassures me is the constant presence of our subtle companions. I myself am not yet able to see my companions, but according to Christina, many of today’s children are not only able to perceive their spiritual team but also actively communicate and consciously cooperate with it. Some channelling mediums are also able to establish contact with spiritual companions and in this way initiate communication.

In the 2017 autumn seminars, Christina tells the participants in detail about the beings who make up her own spiritual team. She distinguishes between a first group of beings, who, as it were, form the “basic configuration” of the spiritual team for each human being, and a second group of special beings, who may also join the spiritual team, depending on the person’s soul plan, life’s task and life situation. The basic configuration includes: a) Spirit guides/Advisers, b) Guardian angels and c) “Runners”. As additional support, Christina’s team also includes: d) “Light healers”, e) “Knights” and f) “Field holders”.

a) Spirit guides: These beings are very familiar with our soul plan because we created our soul plan together with them before this incarnation. Throughout our lives, they stand by us as wise advisers and actively support us in fulfilling our personal soul plan. We can ask them questions if we are in a decision-making process, if we are unclear about certain issues, or in general if we are interested in a certain topic and would like reliable information on it. If we ask our spirit guides questions that are appropriately formulated and as precise as possible, they are almost omniscient – similar to search engines and encyclopaedias on the Internet.

Christina explains that spirit guides are always souls who already have a certain “life experience” – that is, the experience of either earthly or non-terrestrial incarnations. This experience is one of the prerequisites needed to qualify as a spirit guide for a human being. It is not unusual for them to be the souls of people we already know from earlier incarnations who have decided in the subtle parallel world to accompany and support us in this present incarnation.

According to Christina, every person has several spirit guides. Even without our explicit request, they are constantly at work for us in the background, arranging those particular events, encounters and learning situations that we have planned to meet on our soul path. In other words: they are responsible for what we commonly call “chance”, “fate” or a “happy coincidence”. In contrast, all other kinds of spiritual companions only intervene actively in our lives if we explicitly invite them to do so (with the exception of guardian angels in situations of acute danger).

As already mentioned in Book 1, spirit guides have all the higher insights into everything necessary for their services, such as the gross and subtle laws of nature or the soul plan of the person for whom they are responsible, but naturally they are not completely omniscient either. It can therefore happen that individual spirit guides sometimes assess situations differently and have different views. As for Christina’s spiritual advisers, she says that in the past few months, since the release of Book 1, her entire advisory team has been completely replaced. In rare cases, if her advisers disagree, Christina turns to her twin sister Elena, who is always at her side but doesn’t belong exclusively to the category of spirit guide.

For Christina, Elena is a kind of “chief cook and bottle washer.” She explains Elena’s role in autumn 2017 as follows: “With her high light frequency, Elena holds a special position in my spiritual escort team which now consists of several dozen different beings. Elena is my autopilot, my navigation through life, but at the same time also a spirit guide and a protective being.

In addition to Elena, I currently have another special being in my spiritual team that can’t be assigned to any particular category. In the years from 2015 to 2017 it was Saint Mary2 who accompanied me as a manifestation of the female energy. Now it’s another female being called Guan-Yin. Guan-Yin has a pink ray that symbolises a high vibration of compassion and mercy.”

Regarding the rainbow-coloured people, who stand behind her and who each shine in a different colour (see Book 1, Chapter 36), Christina says: “They are not part of my spiritual escort team, but are something else again.”3

b) Guardian angels: These beings, as their name suggests, play a purely protective role and ensure that we don’t die before our time. They are a kind of “subtle bodyguard” and protect us on both the energy level and the physical level from attacks and accidents that are not provided for in our soul plan. However, when the scheduled moment of death has come, guardian angels don’t intervene because they know and respect their protégé’s soul plan.

In answer to the question of how many such guardian angels a person has, Christina says that there is only one accompanying her. It is also conceivable, however, that a person might have several beings who share this task among themselves. She adds that guardian angels can also manifest themselves physically for a short time in situations of acute danger and take on a human form.

c) “Runners”: In contrast to the spirit guides and guardian angels, the beings Christina calls “runners” don’t stand behind her but in front of her. They are a kind of “mission accomplisher”, and they’re always ready to take any orders we may give them and then literally run off.

Christina explains that she first noticed the presence of her runners in the middle of September 2017, but suspects they’ve been there for her all her life. This is a group of beings that stand in front of her in a semicircle, who she can send off at any time to carry out certain preparations or to perform certain tasks, either at that moment or in the future.

She tells me: “If you ask them politely and show them gratitude for their service, they do practically everything you ask of them. I recently gave my runners a specific order concerning particular events in the future. They all turned around immediately and started working with their backs to me a bit further away. Only one runner simply stayed and looked at me, waiting – as if I’d forgotten something important. I went through a list of several different future events for him, but he was obviously waiting for a specific assignment. Only when I told him about an event that seemed insignificant to me at first did he turn away and run off. So runners seem to know exactly what their tasks are, but they’re only allowed to become active if we instruct them to carry out these tasks.”

Christina says that you can also employ runners to find something you’ve lost, for example, or to remove obstacles so that you don’t miss important appointments. She adds that runners don’t usually speak much and that, depending on the task, they sometimes return very quickly, while at other times they need more time to do the work or carry out preparations.

In the 2017 autumn seminars, Christina encourages participants to establish an active relationship with their own runners and to support them in carrying out their service by giving them commissions. Many of the seminar participants seem to have really taken this to heart, because, as Christina reports in January 2018, she is meanwhile being constantly visited by numerous runners, who hold out notes to her with questions. She makes it clear that this siege is undesirable from her point of view, and she asks everyone to please stop sending runners to her.

As has been said, the three categories of accompanying beings – spirit guides, guardian angels, and runners – mentioned so far constitute, so to speak, the “basic configuration” or “standard outfit” of the spiritual team of every human being. They are always present and either work unasked in the background or can be activated at any time by our explicit wish.

As distinguished from this, there is a second group of additional beings who, depending on a person’s soul plan and destiny, may also be added to their spiritual team. These special companions each have concrete areas of responsibility that are directly related to the life’s task of the person concerned. According to Christina however this happens only rarely.

In her case – in addition to the aforementioned special beings, Elena and Guan-Yin – the following three categories of beings are currently present to provide extra support for her task: d) “Light healers”, e) “Knights” and f) “Field holders”.

d) “Light healers”: These beings are a kind of fine-material doctor and help the person for whom they are responsible in the case of unplanned damage to both their various subtle body shells and their physical body. As is the case with runners, they only become active if they are explicitly requested to do so. They are best able to perform their energy or physical repair work when the physical body is resting – meaning in a conscious state of rest or while sleeping. Exact healing instructions should be formulated as precisely as possible before going to sleep so that they can be carried out during the night. Light healers are of course also bound by the law that only authorises them to act if the soul plan of the person in question permits such an intervention.

Christina relates that she’s had three such light healers behind her since her birth, all of them of extraterrestrial origin.

e) “Knights”: These very powerful subtle beings come when they are called upon in situations of acute danger, to provide additional protection to the person for whom they are responsible. Christina explains that these knights are like guardian angels who have trained and specialised. While guardian angels are, so to speak, “all-rounders”, there are some knights who have specialised more in the gross-material-physical and some who are more responsible for the fine-material-astral. Knights have a wide range of different means at their disposal with which to protect their protégé from concrete attacks, and they are even able to manifest themselves physically for a short time. Christina has constantly had a certain number of such knights behind her since her birth.

f) “Field holders”: If, for example, a person has the particular task of expanding his personal energy field, his aura, in order to maintain the vibrational field and the overall frequencies in a certain geographical area, he can ask these harmonising subtle beings for support. Since her birth, Christina has had five such field holders behind her, all of whom come from the realm of the fairies.

These are the six kinds of beings that currently make up Christina’s spiritual team. When asked whether the members of our spiritual team remain the same throughout our incarnation, Christina answers: “In my case, the light healers, the knights and the field holders have been the same beings from the beginning. This is right and important because together we now form a well-rehearsed team. I would therefore be happy if these beings stayed with me for my whole incarnation. My guardian angel has also been the same being from the beginning, whereby for other human beings, it is quite possible for a change of guardian angel to take place in the course of their incarnation. The other members of my spiritual team – meaning my spirit guides and my runners – change depending on my life phase and life situation.

In the case of the runners, I’ve actually observed that they have a kind of regional competence and hand over the work assigned to them to other teams of runners when the assignment goes beyond the boundaries of their own region of responsibility or beyond national borders. So runners seem to be souls that are specifically associated with a particular region or country, probably because they were once residents of that region before technology came. They’re natives of the corresponding region, so to say, and therefore know their way around particularly well.”

To the question of whether the members of our spiritual team are only responsible for us or whether they support other people at the same time, Christina answers: “To my knowledge, a spiritual companion is always only responsible for one person. a spirit guide, for example, usually has enough to do with this. And as I said, some beings remain with this one human being for a whole incarnation, while others can transfer their services in order to then turn to the next human being or even to allow themselves a break.”

Another frequently asked question concerns the form, the appearance of spiritual companions. Christina explains this as follows: “Spiritual companions don’t necessarily have to look like human beings. Some people, for example, think of them as ‘power animals’. Members of their spiritual team therefore adapt to this idea and appear to them in the form of certain animals. Appearance is basically not important, and spiritual companions are all shape-shifters. That is, they are capable of changing their shape and adapting it according to expectation or situation.”

What Christina tells me about our spiritual companions makes me feel grateful and humble on the one hand, while making it clear to me how important and valuable a single human life is from a cosmic point of view on the other. In this decisive phase of human history, a spiritual team of several members is put together for each individual human being, made up of subtle beings who take care of the concerns of this one human being exclusively. Such is the importance of being presently incarnated as a human being on Earth. How wonderful and touching this realisation is!

Christina, who is fully aware of her spiritual companions and also of the importance of her incarnation, says: “I love working with all these helpful beings. Without them it wouldn’t be at all possible for me to fulfil my mission here on Earth successfully.” With a twinkle in her eye, she adds: “The same is true for everyone else too.”

For me, this whole subject is still very new and needs getting used to. My own learning process consists not only in becoming aware of the presence of my spiritual helpers but also in recognising that I can ask them for support at any time without false modesty. Christina shows me that it’s not selfish or inappropriate for me to ask my companions for help or to entrust them with tasks because that’s what they’re there for. This is the service that they have chosen for themselves, and like all beings, it gives them great joy and a sense of fulfilment if they are allowed to perform this service according to the divine plan of creation. Christina says: “If they didn’t want to do this job, they wouldn’t be here. No one is forced to join a spiritual team. They all do it willingly and voluntarily.”

I intend to contact my spiritual helpers more often in the future – even though I’m still unable to see them – and to then consciously pay attention to any wonderful events and signs that arise in my life afterwards.

This serves as an introduction to some current thoughts and to insights from the winter of 2017/2018. But now we’ll go back in time and tell Christina’s story as it took place. As mentioned at the end of the first book, we decided in spring 2017 to split up the extensive manuscript material available at that time and make two books out of it.

Here, in Book 2, we will first go through those notes from the years 2015 to 2017 that we left out of Book 1 due to lack of space. Since publishing this first book in July 2017, however, a lot of new things have already happened and many new explanations and insights, and even a completely new range of subjects, have been added. We will also include parts of this current material in this second book. However, some of the new content is so extensive and significant that we’ve decided to cover it in detail only in the next book, the third book. The title for Book 3 has already been decided: “Consciousness Creates Peace”.

But first we’ll turn the clock back almost three years, to spring 2015, when I was still finding my daughter Christina’s development and the revelation of her paranormal talents and insights into the laws and events of the universe completely astounding and strange. As far as the chronology is concerned, the following follows on from Chapter 23 of the first book.

New cell structures and DNA strands

Early May 2015. The spring holidays are over and Christina, Mario and I are immersed in day-to-day school life once more. One morning a classmate at school turns to Christina excitedly and asks her: “Christina, why are you glittering everywhere? Have you got make-up all over your body?”

Christina is surprised at first because apparently this girl has noticed her special cell structure. The two girls then compare their respective cell structures. Christina knows that her own crystalline cell structure is silicon-based, and that for this reason her body glitters like a crystal for people who vibrate at a correspondingly high frequency, especially in direct sunlight. It turns out that the other girl has a bronze-based structure.

As Christina tells me about this event, I’m astonished by the fact that, firstly, these fourteen-year-old girls are obviously able to recognise and distinguish cell structures with the naked eye, and that, secondly, there seem to be such large cellular differences among these time-change children. Science has so far assumed that the tissue of all organic organisms is based on carbon compounds; therefore, human beings also have a carbon-based cell structure. It appears that this view will soon have to be revised.

Amazed, I ask Christina what she can tell me about this and she explains: “Current science assumes that a silicon-based cell structure is not possible in human beings, since the element silicon would become unstable due to the inhaled oxygen and the large amount of water in the body. This may well be true from a chemical point of view and is therefore a law of nature in this third dimension. However, since I’m connected with other dimensions with both my subtle as well as my gross-material body, my cell structure conforms to the natural laws there, not to these three-dimensional ones. That means that the laws of three-dimensionality can be suspended in the case of people with a high vibration.”

That was clearly stated, and I see no reason to doubt it. For me it’s rather a question of what else works differently in people with a higher frequency and expanded consciousness compared with us “normal” people. The uniqueness of a silicon-based cell structure, which conducts faster than any other known organic cell material, is probably by no means everything. Christina answers that not only is the structure of her cells different but that she also has a different DNA in the cell nucleus.

In genetic research, the term “non-coding DNA” is also commonly known as “junk DNA”. This means that a major portion of human DNA has not yet been scientifically deciphered and that we simply don’t know what this DNA is for. Among researchers, both the percentage of human junk DNA and the question of whether or not this non-coding DNA has any genetic function at all are controversial. Christina’s explanations suggest that people with a higher frequency of consciousness are able to use far more of their DNA than is generally thought possible. Among other things, they can also activate additional areas and functions in their brain.

Christina confirms that nowadays many children and adolescents have been born with a new cell structure and with a new “12-strand” DNA. This 12-strand DNA corresponds to the original creation plan before the genetic coding of human beings was reduced to the present 2-strand DNA (also called double helix). Now it is time for people to find their way back to their original wholeness also in this regard.

She says: “If the 12-strand DNA is activated, then a multitude of gifts will probably also be activated in parallel – just as they were in those original human beings once created in paradise, meaning in the fifth density. With the help of all their subtle gifts, those human beings lived in harmony with nature. This is the natural, whole human being.”

Christina has often pointed out that planet Earth, in the present phase of her history, is constantly increasing her personal energy frequency and that, through this, the earthly sphere will develop from being three-dimensional to being five-dimensional. This transformation into a less dense state seems to have an effect not only on the general space-time structure of the Earth but also individually on the genetic coding of human beings.

I’m fascinated. With such statements, my daughter repeatedly challenges my traditional understanding of the world and the limits of what I can grasp, and although this often causes me headaches, it is also very exciting, making me hungry for ever new horizons. I suspect that everything is connected in some way, but I can’t yet see the bigger picture.

I ask Christina to tell me a little more about her own physical mechanisms. She once again makes it clear that there are already a considerable number of children and young people here who are equipped with subtle gifts. She has already met several children with such gifts, but only this one girl has been able to read her cell structure up until now. Christina is also sure that the pineal gland (epiphysis cerebri) in her brain is not the size of a pea like mine but has a diameter of about 3 cm. It serves her as a kind of “quantum computer” to process the concentrated input of her multidimensional sensory impressions. There are crystals in her pineal gland, she says.

Christina adds: “The pineal gland automatically shrinks in childhood if the potentially available mental abilities are not used. In this way it reduces its size to that of a pea, for example, and limits its functions to what is known in conventional medicine. If today’s children are consciously encouraged to develop their psychic gifts, this could change in the future.”

Christina further explains that, from a subtle point of view, DNA is more than just an arbitrary chain of molecules, of which humans actively use only a small percentage. The helical DNA represents a divine form of expression which is present in the whole cosmos and which, for example, also becomes visible in the spiralling form of galaxies.

I ask Christina to tell me more about all these exciting subjects, which results in a lot of conversations about multidimensional-scientific as well as historical and parapsychological subjects. In the following chapters, Christina’s statements from the year 2015 are presented in a thematically ordered manner, partly supplemented by more recent insights from the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

A quantum leap for humanity

In one of our many conversations, Christina reiterates that humanity on our planet is currently in a process of historic transformation, a quantum leap in the history of humanity. This is also the reason why for many years an increasing number of souls with high vibration have incarnated as terrestrial human beings.

She explains: “The past centuries have been marked by a strong, dominant male energy. This was evident in the material and technical progress and in the numerous revolutionary inventions but also in the emergence of various destructive power systems which brought much suffering and misery to the Earth. You could say: Humanity today is more highly educated than ever before, but at the same time it’s also closer to self-destruction than ever before.

In this present phase, it’s of great importance for people to be informed and to realise that a balance between female and male energy will now take place. As a consequence, further material-technical development will not be a
