- COVER AND CHILL
- PREPARE THE SAUCE BY COMBINING ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
- CHILL UNTIL WELL COOLED.
- ARRANGE THE SEAFOOD IN GLASSES.
- SPOON THE SAUCE OVER THE SEAFOOD MIX AND SPRINKLE THE GARNISH OVER IT.
