developing spiritual vision and opening the third eye. A comprehensive guide on earthing, clairvoyance, dowsing land energies, psychic sleep, acupuncture meridians perception, psychic defense, and more. In addition, the book lays out many of the Clairvision work's foundational ideas.
A methodical approach
Because the eye is the body's light source, having a single eye will make you radiant. 6.22 min. A methodical approach of opening the third eye is detailed in this book. Those who want more than just a theoretical grasp of spiritual truths and would like to have direct personal contact with them are the intended readers. The third eye is a vital component of the new energy "organs" that must be patiently developed in order for spiritual vision to grow. Though intangible, these new structures have a profound impact. When fully developed, they provide impressions that are more real, sharper, and distinct than those that come from the bodily senses. In this article, we will go over a few methods that may help you develop this new way of seeing things. We consistently stress that knowing something from personal experience is better than relying on abstract ideas or theoretical frameworks. Real spiritual regeneration comes from experiencing things for yourself, not from presuming or accepting things as real. So, the reader is not expected to take the author's word for it, but rather to put the exercises into action. Prior to beginning the activities, no prior spiritual instruction or background is required. In order to approach the procedures with a new perspective, I recommend temporarily erasing all of your knowledge. I know this from teaching hundreds of students at Sydney's Clairvision School: it's not always the meditators who have the easiest time breaking into the field of perception. Some people find that spiritual knowledge is like a pair of handcuffs that won't let them absorb anything new; for others, it's like a set of wings that will open any door. 'Seeing' will become simpler the more you can let go of preconceived notions. Our goal is not to cultivate the hazy, primitive clairvoyance of trance-medium psychics; rather, we want to progress towards realizing one's own potential. As you work with the methods, you may have a number of extrasensory impressions, but ultimately, you want to discover your Self and train your mind to see the world through your Self rather than your ordinary mental awareness. If you're looking for a new way of looking at things and thinking, this book is a good place to start. Its purpose is to assist the many people on our planet who are prepared to enter a new dimension of awareness and establish a connection with spiritual truths. Its methods are tailored to those who are already a member of the global community. They don't want you to stop doing what you normally would, but rather to approach your routine with a fresh
perspective and a new awareness, living out the Talmud's interpretation of Proverbs 3:6: "In all your ways know Him" as encapsulating the Torah in its entirety. Following these remarks, it's worth clarifying that Clairvision is not a "New Age" group. Contrary to popular belief, its practices and procedures are not grounded on the New Age paradigm. Specifically, the Clairvision methods never make use of visualization, positive thinking, or channeling. Additionally, autosuggestion and hypnosis are not used. Direct energy body awakening is the foundation of the Clairvision School's procedures, which have their roots in the western heritage of esoteric knowledge. Having a link to this tradition is quite probable if you too have profound openings and realizations when using our methods. Many readers may, in particular, have profound third-eye awakenings while they read the book. Books such as Awakening the Third Eye serve as introductions to the Clairvision Corpus, the foundational corpus of knowledge for the Clairvision School. With an emphasis on metamorphosis and inner alchemy, the Clairvision Corpus includes both empirical and theoretical information pertaining to the study of consciousness and the enigmas of the human condition. The art of alchemy is the science and practice of increasing the molecular vibration of materials. Thus, "inner alchemy" describes a path of spiritual growth in which maintaining relationships is paramount. along with the materialized creation and dematerialize oneself, but rather to construct a means by which the completeness of the Self might be felt everlastingly, even while existing in the material world. According to the Upanishads' paramam vapuḥ and what the Christian faith refers to as the magnificent body, this everlasting body is same. It resembles, if not exactly mimics, the alchemists' philosophers' stone, or lapis philosophorum, and the Holy Grail, the central object of western esoteric tradition. The groundwork for an experienced method of inner alchemy is laid forth in Awakening the Third Eye. Many of the early methods are not to be taken literally as "alchemical," but rather as a foundation upon which the latter stages of the process are built. Instead of spending a lot of time creating theoretical elements at the outset, this and subsequent books will provide clues that will help to explain the goals and principles of an inner alchemy process. There will be plenty of room to grow in a number of subtle body-related areas because of the nature of our subject. The Website of Clairvision School
The Clairvision practices, like every genuine spiritual practice, have Self-discovery as its central goal. Being more is the primary goal of the process. The idea that people aren't even scratching the surface of their potential is a popular one. In most instances, people are utterly oblivious to the fact that their lives are constrained to a narrow spectrum of feelings, ideas, and bodily experiences. Despite being crafted by Plato two thousand years ago, the cave myth is still very much applicable: for someone who has always resided in a dark basement, this cellar is not just a cellar; it is the whole cosmos. You have no idea what awe-inspiring things await you in the actual world when you go out. This book proposes a course of action centered on emerging from the basement and beginning to appreciate the world's grandeur via the perspective of one's third eye. The coconut is used in fire rituals (yajñās) in India due to its 'three eyes' and is said to have profound symbolic meaning in the country. Two of them can't be penetrated in order to get the milk, whereas the central one opens to the fruit's interior. Another way of looking at it is that the third eye is essentially the portal to our inner realms. So, this eye lets you know yourself better than any traditional psychotherapy or approach based on discursive analysis ever could. A straightforward path to understanding your own mystique is to cultivate the third eye, which allows you to directly access your basic values and a wider conscious cosmos. On top of that, it's easy. While "simple" does not often imply "easy," neither is theoretical rigor nor extensive debate necessary for this task. Since becoming more is obviously the goal, its orientation is mostly experienced. Furthermore, existence itself is the simplest thing there is. An ongoing focus throughout the preparation of this guide was to provide methods and keys that would allow you to perceive independently, drawing connections between theory and experience. The foundational elements of the method are covered extensively in the first three chapters. The rest of the chapters are very self-contained, so you may read them in whichever sequence seems most natural to you. We will go over the fundamentals of the work and its methodology before diving into the first technique. Our goal is a fresh kind of clairvoyance, or self-vision, and that shouldn't throw you for a loop. Indeed, the Self is already there inside you, patiently waiting for your arrival. Rather of "building" the Self and its vision, you will "discover" or "let them emerge" from inside. Letting go is the primary weapon in the struggle for spiritual progress. Focusing intently, making a strong effort, or using force are all inappropriate from this opening viewpoint. Tell me what would happen if you did that. Your ordinary mind, or the part of oneself that is now engaged in thought (the discursive mind), would be the operating system. You have been taught to rely on your thoughts for all tasks since you were a little child. So, if you're not careful, trying to "do" perception will keep you mired in your verbal mind, the most incompatible layer for spiritual vision.
Quit doing it. Keep your awareness sharp, but not fixated. Let what's been buried deep surface and become apparent to you. Just sit back and let everything unfold. Go with the flow. If you want anything in the real world, you have to work for it. But in the ethereal realms, it's as if you were looking at a mirror with the opposite side facing you. The key to getting what you desire is to be open and allow it come to you. Developing this ability is like learning a new language. 'Active letting go' or 'creative letting go' are two possible expressions. Transparency is the ability to allow other people's states of awareness to be seen through you. Everything will happen if you just stay alert.
A word of caution while using Clairvision techniques: don't ever attempt to picture anything. Feel free to see anything you choose, whether it be lights, spiritual beings, pictures, or anything else. But don't attempt to induce them or make them up. Refrain from consciously projecting any pattern into your mental space. Consider the following scenario: an angel really appears to you. How do you tell the difference between a real angel and one you conjured up if you've been hoping to see one first thing in the morning for a few months? Getting inside the sense of lights or pictures is not the issue. You will have visions if you use the strategies. After these images have occurred to you, the true challenge becomes differentiating between reality and mental illusions. The takeaway here is to just let go! You should never intend to draw a vision or even attempt. Try out the methods and see what happens. Doing so will greatly facilitate your progress toward the point when you can depend just on your eyesight. This method is not meant to be a critique of routes that rely on imaginative or creative visualization. Lots of methods exist. In other systems of development, what holds true may not be applicable at all. "Just awareness" is the credo of the Clairvision method of operation.
If you don't have anything to believe, then you also have nothing to question, so keep that in mind! Since you are not attempting to fabricate anything, there is no need to second-guess your perception. Have faith in your knowledge. If you stick to our serious guidelines, your clairvoyance will develop and become more accurate and reliable. Perceptions will become more trustworthy when they begin to repeat themselves.
Refrain from jumping to conclusions the moment anything occurs. If you don't, the discursive mind will ensnare you and you'll quickly lose your vision. A higher kind of stillness, the ability not to respond when something happens within, is one of the keys of observation. You will have sufficient opportunity to reflect on the event when it has concluded. Regardless, the best approach to learn from an event is not always to talk about it or analyse it. Being awake is like planting a seed. They will develop into deeper insights when you give them quiet thought and let them digest.
The majority of humans often lack mental protection for two primary reasons. To begin with, individuals have no idea whether they are in the presence of bad energy or when they should exercise care. Secondly, if necessary, they lack the training to seal their aura, making it impervious to outside forces. True solutions to these two issues may be found in the third eye, which is the primary energy switch in the body and the organ of subtle perception and intuition. To start with, it lets you know when your energy surroundings call for caution. Secondly, it ought to be evident that our approach teaches you both opening and closing your aura. A denser field of protecting energy will start to awaken in your aura as soon as the third eye vibrations start in the first steps. The foundation here is not positive thinking or autosuggestion, but rather the audible sense of a dynamic energy field around you. You may use this protecting energy not only when you meditate, but also in the most diverse of everyday settings, including negotiating with your employer or colleagues, strolling on a crowded street, or even boarding a bus. In the sections on protection, including chapters 17, 18, 20, and 21, more methodical approaches of aura sealing will be detailed at length. The ability to identify ley lines (Chapter 12) is also very beneficial for creating a safe space.
Reading the 22 chapters won't teach you anything, in my opinion. Three words—practice, practise, practise—are the keys to a successful spiritual journey, regardless of age, health, or illness. To achieve a high degree of spiritual practice, it is most definitely not required to isolate oneself from the world and concentrate constantly. Following the instructions in this book won't need more than ten or twenty minutes of your time every day to meditate. However, you will find a variety of suggestions for practices that are meant to be incorporated into your everyday routine. Make an effort to make them routines, and try to weave them into your daily routine as seamlessly as possible. After trying out a variety of approaches to self-improvement, one may conclude that the technique or style of work is less important than the actualization itself. deeply troubled. Your ability to stay the course is what really matters. One finds that many great masters did not always begin at a high level when one examines their life. On sometimes, they had to overcome considerably more formidable challenges than anything you may encounter. But they kept going until they were able to overcome any difficulty and enormous revelations began to pour in. The ability to exhibit "supernatural persistence" is crucial for any seeker. People who seem to enter heightened realms of awareness effortlessly without engaging in any type of spiritual practice are often those who have had lengthy and arduous experiences in past lifetimes. It doesn't matter what level you're at; what matters is that you pay close attention to every detail of the exercise. It is a mistake to believe that one must die before one may rise. They will obtain nothing at death unless they experience resurrection while living. (Wesley W. Isenberg's translation of Philip's gospel appears in Harper & Row's 1984 publication The Other Bible, on page 96.)
As you read, begin to implement the techniques. Tomorrow is the new never when it comes to changing oneself. Take immediate action if necessary. God is aware of time wasted.
Spiritual enlightenment is the most enjoyable thing that can happen on Earth, which is why so many wise people have sought it out. You are grossly misguided if you have gloomy and depressing notions about spirituality. The wisest people I've ever met were the ones who could make me laugh. Play around with the Clairvision skills, but take them seriously. You will have a much better chance of success if you can remain engaged and focused like a kid playing (and if you keep at it).
Learning about the world through the eyes of the enlightened is one of the most intriguing things you can learn from their writings. Consider Sri Aurobindo and the Jnanis as examples of figures from Indian tradition. The universe as depicted in Sri Aurobindo's writings as the ever-deepening embodiment of an idealized deity. The Work seeks to educate physical substance in order to achieve physical immortality, and death is seen as a farce. Contrarily, incarnated existence is seen as a disastrous error by the Jnanis. To the Jnanis, everything in the cosmos is an error, some kind of fleeting, vile, and sickening emission. Not to mention that getting out of here as fast as possible is the whole point of living. Among Indians, Sri Aurobindo was widely considered a yogi par excellence. The Jnanis are not, however, unintelligent. To provide a contemporary example, the enormous levels of consciousness of a jnana-yogi like Nisargadatta Maharaj have profoundly moved his generation, both in the East and the West. There is no getting past the truth that your perspective completely alters your perception of the cosmos and its ultimate fate. One of the greatest remedies for dogma, in my opinion, is this, so please give it some thought. Keep your opinions free from shackles, whatever they may be. Never close the door on the possibility of altering your perspective or worldview. The works of the Gnostics and Rudolf Steiner stand out to me as essential reading for anybody interested in the Clairvision method of study. Firstly, they are both born out of great enlightenments; secondly, they are replete with knowledge and practical advice on the way of inner alchemy and the western esoteric heritage; and thirdly, they are completely at odds with one another on many crucial areas! You can't help but maintain a relativistic view of the worth of mental ideas if you want to navigate the two systems. Again, what you can feel firsthand is more important than what you think or read about changing your spiritual life. That is why you should follow the advice in this book; its goal is to help you develop the ability to tune in and see spiritual realms in your own unique way.
The Word was there from the start, and he was God and God was with the Word. John 1:7 A two-edged sword sprung from his lips, and he had seven stars in his right hand. Chapter 1, verse 16.
while part of this technique, you'll want to maintain your jaw slightly agape while you breathe in and out. Inhalation and expiration both contribute to the generation of friction. A sound like wind is produced. You won't hear any buzzing, humming, or chanting sounds here. When you breathe in, the sound is quite similar to when you breathe out. To make it simpler to maintain for longer periods of time, aim for a low-pitched sound if you can. Allow me to clarify a few things before I provide more indicators and advice about the throat friction. Put off seeking for the ideal throat friction any longer. Make a "kind of" friction sound and give it some time to fine-tune itself. Strive for perfection, but don't be surprised if you mess up. (This is true for most of the methods presented in this book.) If you allow your thoughts to be too critical, it will certainly obstruct your progress. So, all you have to do is breathe while feeling a little resistance in your throat, and you'll be OK. After you've read the below-mentioned signs, you may return to this area in a few weeks to pinpoint the exact location of your friction and make the necessary adjustments.
Throat rub, tricks, and pitfalls
• If you'd like to hear some throat friction sounds right now, you may find them in the Clairvision Knowledge Bank portion of the Clairvision School's website. To reiterate, however, any hazy sound of friction will do to guide you through the Third Eye Awakening exercises. It's okay to breathe in via your nose or mouth—or both—as long as you keep your jaw slightly loose. This posture causes the lower jaw to hang loosely and calm, creating an energy state that may create a mild altered state of awareness on its own. Friction is generated by the larynx's region L. Rather than coming from the front of the mouth (region F) or the center of the mouth (area M), the friction in the throat is more pleasant and effective when it originates from the rear of the throat. The friction sound would be higher-pitched, shriller, or even whistly if it were produced from the front or center of the lips. Try out different things and see how they stack up against one
another. • The proper source of friction is the larynx and lower pharynx, which is the lower region of the posterior of the neck (area L on the picture). The (right) sound, on the other hand, is less high-pitched, more bass-heavy, and more internally focused than if it had originated at the roof of the mouth. • Another potential blunder is to create friction in the upper pharynx (nasopharynx), which is behind the inner nasal cavity (region N on the picture), which is at the rear of the throat but above it. If it were true—and it isn't—the friction would reverberate more in the sinuses of the nose than in the throat. • If you touch your Adam's apple lightly with your fingertips, you may be able to detect a little but noticeable vibration in your larynx during throat friction. The external protuberance of the larynx, located in the upper part of the middle of the throat, is more prominent in men than in women.) At first, this vibration under the finger is often felt more clearly during inhalation than exhalation, even though the two processes produce the same sound. • What is the recommended depth of breath? Its pitch and tempo need to be standard. To create more noticeable friction, it may be helpful to breathe somewhat deeper at first. The goal of this approach is not to induce the breathing pattern employed in rebirthing, thus there's no need to hyperventilate. Our aim is to harness the larynx's energy by means of friction. Instead than focusing on breathing, you should aim to activate the energy larynx. • The 'energy,' a word that may seem abstract at first but will take on more significance as you develop your third sight, is what the throat friction is all about. With repeated practice of this friction technique, all you need to do to maintain an appropriate breathing intensity is listen into the energy flowing around you. Because energy is inherently variable, the depth and rhythm will also fluctuate; our goal is to become adept at riding this wave. Maintaining a neutral spine angle and a straight neck position will maximize the energy benefits of friction breathing. The power released in the larynx is directly proportional to how upright your neck is. This may be felt as an abrupt amplitude of the vibration that sometimes occurs when the neck is gently moved, bringing one nearer to the ideal posture of uprightness. • Keep the lower jaw loose so that your upper and lower teeth don't touch; even if your mouth is somewhat open, it has to stay open. After you've mastered the vibration between the eyebrows (covered in the next chapter), return to this part: practice the throat friction with your mouth closed and then slightly open, switching between the two to feel the energy shift. When your lower jaw is slightly lowered and relaxed, you'll see that a Your energy is transformed into a new state, one that is more open and has a stronger connection to vibration. Please be aware that the purpose of gently opening your mouth is not to divert airflow away from your nose and into your mouth. Take deep breaths in and out via your nose, out your mouth, or both if that's how you normally breathe. • Some beginners report that this approach dries up or mildly irritates their throat. If yes, then create the friction in the throat's lower region. In their haste to learn, many beginners irritate their throats by making the friction higher up, toward the palate. Whatever the situation may be, you may quickly get over this problem simply practicing for a few minutes many times daily. With experience, you'll be able to easily sustain this friction for hours. High-quality
honey has additional uses as a soother and an energizer. Throat friction spontaneously adjusts itself and all uncomfortable feelings diminish after a few days of practice. It's important to note that this approach focuses on the larynx and not the breath. Since the strength of the breath is simply your usual one, it cannot be considered a practice of hyperventilation in any manner. Simply using the mechanical action of air on the larynx without making any particular effort to link with the process of respiration makes it not even close to becoming a breathing exercise. At first, you have to breathe in order to stimulate the vibration in your larynx; but, as you go through the exercise, you'll find that you may get the same effect without breathing at all. Adam's apple refers to a protrusion of the larynx; why is it more noticeable in males than in women? Legend has it that Adam choked on an apple from the tree of knowledge when he attempted to devour it.
The sound of energy is conveyed via the throat friction. When practiced regularly, it may calm the mind and put one into a "tuned-in" level of awareness in an instant. Its ability to intensify psychic phenomena is one of its primary functions. In the next chapter, we'll learn how to employ the friction in your neck in conjunction with the space between your eyebrows to heighten your third eye awareness. The friction in the neck will be linked to other bodily structures in subsequent practices. and vitality to bolster them. "Connecting" - what does it mean? To feel it is to understand it; words fail to do it justice. So, let's say you're attempting to establish a connection between, say, the space between your eyebrows and the friction in your neck. At first, you become acutely aware of them all at once. After then, a natural resonance occurs between them. Along with the friction in the neck, the space between the eyebrows seems to vibrate. Subsequently, a blending occurs. The sensation between the brows blends with the friction in the neck. Both the larynx and the third eye are energy conduits. The term "connecting" refers to it. The next step is simple but crucial: you'll start to feel the third eye more and more as it starts to take shape. You can see the outcome right away. Things seem more real and "give shape" due to the throat contact. Hence, the throat friction makes any energy organ, whether it a chakra or another, more noticeable. Things are revealed and made evident by the larynx. When you work on auras, you'll see a similar impact. Creating an internal environment conducive to perceiving is the first step. After that, you'll observe via several exercises how integrating visuals with throat friction immediately enhances your sense of non-physical halos and auras (see to Chapters 5 and 7 for details). Everything will seem much more "denser" and real, including the colors and lighting. Another purpose for throat friction is to connect various energy structures. The third eye, or any other energy organ, may be linked to the friction, and it can also be used to strengthen the connection between other energy organs. As an example, you will strive to connect the third eye energy with the hands energy in the chapters on channel release. You will find instructions on how to link the third eye with the energies of the belly in the sections devoted to defense.
Along this road, you will find a number of more remarkable larynx functions. The energy larynx, for example, is a fantastic cleanser as it can absorb and process many harmful energies. The metabolism of the nectar of immortality likewise heavily relies on it. I suggest you see the friction in your throat not as something mundane, but as a holy pilgrimage to uncover the secrets of your larynx.
Some unexpected tales about the voice may be found in Sanskrit literature. It was believed that the rishis, or ancient Indian seer-sages, had a wide variety of special powers, or siddhis. The vac-siddhi was one of them; the name means "voice" in Sanskrit. It allowed the rishi to make his or her wishes come true. A rishi might sometimes alter the trajectory of history with the mere utterance of a single word, summoning a whole army to his side. The sacredness and immutability of the spoken word were thereby maintained, notwithstanding occasional difficulties. As an example, in the Mahābhārata, the longest epic in human history, one of the five Pāṇḍava brothers wins the hand of the fairest princess and takes her as his bride. When the brothers return home, they tell their mother, the virtue-filled Kunti, "We have brought back a treasure." Then, to their dismay, their mother exclaims, "Good, let it be shared between the five of you." As a result, the princess is forced to marry each of the five men, seemingly without showing any favoritism. Sanskrit makes the creative force of the voice very apparent because the word "vac" (voice) is commonly seen as a synonym for "śakti," the power of manifestation and creative energy. The logos is a comparable notion that appears in several schools of ancient Greek thought. Logos means "word" in its most basic sense, but it also denotes the creative force. Later, in the gospel of John (originally written in Greek), it is also the term logos which is used to characterise the creative principle by which the creation was manifested: “In the beginning was the logos (Word), and the logos was with God, and the logos was God.” (John 2:1) Note that the first book of the Old Testament also presents a picture in which, at various stages of the genesis of the world, God uses the power of the Word to create: “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” (Genesis 1:3) “And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” (Genesis 1:6) “And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature...” (Genesis 1:24), and so on. My epic book, Atlantean Secrets, delves into the enigmatic abilities of the Atlantean initiates' voice and how it allowed them to heal, manipulate nature, and execute other extraordinary feats. Many clues have been offered by Rudolf Steiner in his lectures about connected to the influence of one's voice. He elaborates on the polarity between the voice and the generative organs, a feature that will have far-reaching implications for human development. Simple facts, in addition to Steiner's hints, demonstrate a link between sexual energy and the voice (and the larynx by extension). For example, the male hormone testosterone causes a shift in pitch in a man's voice during puberty, when his sexual organs begin to mature. After menopause, women may also notice changes in their voice. Taurus rules over the vocal chords and Scorpio rules over the genitalia according to astrology. The polarity between the larynx and the sexual organs is shown by the opposition of the two indications.
While Mars rules Scorpio, Venus rules Taurus. As a pair, Venus and Mars serve diametrically opposite purposes. Axis of the zodiac signs Taurus and Scorpio The ancient Hebrew term for voice, yediah, derives from the root word for "to know," yadah, suggesting yet another link between the voice and the organs of generation. The biblical term for sexual encounters, yadah, meaning "to know," is also very significant. A painful throat during sexual activity is one of the symptoms of qi chong (Stomach30), an acupuncture point on the side of the pubic bone, as mentioned in the verse "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bore Cain..." (Genesis 4:1). In traditional Chinese medicine, there are several links between the neck and sexual energy. As an example, among the several organs, the kidney is believed to contain the sexual energy reserve. Then there's the neck, where tonsils, which resemble kidneys in appearance. 'Fire' released by the kidneys may cause tonsillitis or pharyngitis, which are inflammations of the tonsils and throat, respectively. However, let's circle back to Steiner and examine his predictions for the voice organ's future. In Steiner's view, some bodily components are gradually losing significance while other organs take center stage in the trajectory of human development. In the first group, you'll find the reproductive organs, and in the second, you'll find the larynx. An important event in humankind's occult history occurred about the middle of Lemuria, the time before Atlantis, as Steiner has often noted. Up until that point, the only purpose of a human's libido was to procreate, allowing each individual to multiply. We were all hermaphrodites, essentially. It is possible for an individual being to procreate without the need for a fertilized egg. Not only does Steiner include hermaphrodites among the first humans, but so do a number of tales from different traditions. After that, Steiner explains how humans lost half their reproductive power among the catastrophic changes to Earth. They transitioned from being hermaphrodites to being sexually dimorphic. After that, in order to procreate, a person had to mate with someone of the opposite sex since they could only store half of their reproductive potential. The other half of the reproductive energy, which was previously accessible for procreation, disappeared. Steiner claims that its original purpose was diverted to capture the Ego, or Higher Self. Up until that point, people had been living in a state of total disconnection from their Ego, like blobs. They started a relationship with the Ego by refocusing half of their sexual energy in a different way. They attained a spiritual state. An intriguing new perspective on sexuality, spirituality, and the relationship between the two may be envisioned in such a vision. As an example, it depicts sexual desire as a search for one's "lost half." Concurrently, it implies that complete communion with one's own Spirit, rather than an external connection with another creature, is where the missing half is to be discovered. It goes on to say that the energy we use to connect with the Spirit and the energy we use for sexuality are essentially the same thing, and that the second is really just an improved and refocused version of the first. This idea is in line with the Taoist practices of inner alchemy, whereby one strives to refine and transform sexual energy in order to create the embryo of immortality, the subtle body that allows one to
permanently experience the totality of their Higher Self. But I want to go back to the voice again. According to Steiner, new human organs emerged when humans had half of their sexual energy diverted, which occurred somewhere in the middle of the Lemurian period. There was the larynx among them. Since the hermaphrodite's sexual energy had to be entirely focused on reproduction for the larynx to manifest, this proves that the transformed and spiritualized sexual energy is directly related to the larynx. The maturation of the larynx began once the sexual energy had been purified to the point where it could begin to "catch" the Spirit. If we look at the current role of the larynx, we can see that speaking allows us to give shape to our ideas and feelings by expressing them via voice. You will notice that the third eye becomes more palpable, as if shaped, by the throat friction as soon as you begin to do the exercises included in the early chapters of this book. Your third eye will become more attuned, and its clarity and intensity will be amplified the moment you begin using the throat friction. Steiner foretells a future when the larynx's form-giving abilities reach new heights and the creative power of words extends into the material realm; in other words, when one speaks a word, the matching item will materialize. The idea is similar to the vac-siddhi, or creative power of the word, that the ancient Indian rishis supposedly learned, even if it is shocking when one considers its consequences. This points to the fact that, like the Elohim of the Bible, humans are progressively developing the ability to create. In essence, it portrays humans as future deities in the making, a theme that permeates the western esoteric tradition. This theme originates in Genesis, when Elohim declares, "Behold, the man is become as one of us," after Adam eats from the tree of knowledge (Genesis 3:22). Considering all this about the larynx, one might wonder if the story about the apple representing the piece of the still lodged in his throat, the fruit of the tree of wisdom. Curiously, Steiner predicted an important development in the evolution of the larynx: once the sexual power is fully transformed, the procreative function would be carried out by the larynx rather than the sexual organs. When it happens, people will have mastered the art of communicating with their children. Along with the last transformation of sexual energy into the creative force of the voice comes the end of death, physical immortality, according to another of Steiner's visions that is in line with other sources of the western esoteric tradition. The division of humans into males and females comes to an end with the sexual organs. One of the most riveting Gnostic gospels, the gospel of Philip, makes it very clear that the starting point of death was the division of the sexes, and that "the woman" would not have had to die with "the man" if that had not happened. There was no death so long as Eve remained in Adam, according to the same passage. The beginning of her demise came with her separation from Adam. When "the man" is fully restored, death will have finally come to an end. This is similar to what Jesus says in the gospel of Thomas: "Mountain, move!" This is in reference to his teachings that the only way for his students to become sons of man is to become one flesh. This will mark the permanent restoration of the Temple and the recovery of the "lost Word" upon which the Masonic heritage is founded. For many alchemists, the ultimate goal of their work was to hasten the rate of natural
selection. For example, they thought that all metals eventually turned into gold, and that turning base metals into gold just expedited a process that nature would take forever to complete. The hidden meaning of the alchemists' riches will be revisited on several times in this and subsequent Clairvision Corpus books. "No common gold" was their gold, they said. We may now use the idea of "speeding up" to describe inner alchemy: it seeks to accomplish alterations now that humanity will only accomplish far later in its evolutionary trajectory. The goal of the throat friction is to initiate the larynx's alchemical metamorphosis so that its creative potential may be harnessed. You will begin to experience this in Chapter 3 activities, but the larynx is particularly used in the Clairvision style of inner alchemy to form and "densify" different energy systems of the body.
Maintain a perfectly straight back as you assume the meditative pose. Pay attention to the neck region of the spine (the cervical spine) and strive for a fully vertical posture that is in harmony with your back. Make sure you shut your eyes. Start paying attention in the throat. Get your throat moving by reciting a steady buzzing or humming noise. Produce the noise while you breathe out and in. Take deep breaths in and out slowly. Pay close attention to the sensation of physical vibration in your larynx caused by the buzzing. Keep going for a little while longer with the exercise. The next step is to do nothing for a few more minutes while you focus on sensing the vibrations in your throat.
Tips
• The effects of this method might be euphoric. It generates a mildly thrilling altered state of consciousness if practiced over an extended period of time. By maintaining simultaneous third-eye awareness in accordance with the concepts outlined in the next chapter, the impact is amplified. • To help you get into the swing of things, try imitating the sound of a bee buzzing while you hum. Afterwards, the Hatha-yoga bhrāmarin method is included into the practice. Keep calm if this becomes challenging. If you can make a vibration that you can feel when you put your fingers on the protuberance of the larynx, then any humming sound will do. Those small, highly alchemical insects known as bees are masters of humming and buzzing. The link between them and the sexual energy of plants is plain to see. For example, they facilitate the reproduction process for several plants by transporting pollen, which is similar to semen in plants, from one plant to another. Their process involves extracting honey from plant blossoms and other reproductive organs. Honey is an amazing ingredient for a lot of reasons. Considering that a worker bee only lives for about a month or two, its ability to keep for years without any kind of preservation method is really impressive. It follows that bees can transform a sexually-related product into something that won't spoil. This brings to mind the alchemical procedures that create the everlasting body by transforming the sexual power. Even on a more basic level, royal jelly—another bee product—is highly prized and thought of as a chemical that prolongs life.
Curiously, honey has long been seen to be a great throat cure, while bees are a sign of eloquence. Dibur is one of the Hebrew terms for voice; it derives from daber, the source of the verb ledaber, meaning to speak. Bee and dvora have a same etymological ancestor. (Deborah means "bee" in Hebrew, whence it originates.)
When one opens their third eye, they have access to their inner world and the realm of awareness. The primary means of arousing and controlling the energy body are likewise located in this organ. So, in a practical sense, the third eye is like a "switch"; it may activate higher energy body frequencies, which in turn lead to higher levels of consciousness. From a therapeutic perspective, I have found that many clients, regardless of the kind of their issue, improve when they establish a connection with their third eye. The third eye acts as a switch, and when it is opened, it often triggers many energy circulations. In what amounts to a kind of self-acupuncture, this has the unintended consequence of alleviating a wide range of mental and physiological ailments. Additionally, even the first stages of third eye awakening have a therapeutic effect since they bring individuals in touch with deeper parts of themselves. While I don't claim that a third-eye connection will magically cure all ills, I wouldn't be shocked to see a proliferation of "third-eye therapies" in the next decades due to the huge potential of this center. Texts in both Hinduism and Christianity liken the physical body to a temple from a spiritual perspective. The third eye may be likened to the entrance to the temple if we were to draw the parallel. By passing through the portal, one moves from the mundane to the holy, from the realm of theoretical contemplation of spiritual life to the realm of practical application. The third eye, symbolized by the precious stone on the brow of Buddha sculptures, has long been revered as a priceless gem by individuals who yearn for self-discovery. Methods for connecting with the third eye (exercise 3.2) are laid forth in this chapter. Next, we'll go over a meditation method (3.7) that may help you grow and explore your third eye even further.
Initial guidance for the first run-through
By arousing a specific sensation between the eyebrows, this first exercise is meant to provide a "thread" to the third eye. It is meant to be done only once, or several times in quick succession. Following this, the eye exercises, together with the meditation method described in section 3.7 and the rest of the book's procedures, will be carried out. Starting with a day when you're completely free, like the first day of a weekend, and devoting yourself fully to the practices is a great place to start. The next tactics will be easy to follow after this powerful first impression. The practices may be done alone or with others, with the latter adding an extra boost of energy. The first of the month, just before the Full Moon, is ideal for beginning. Having said that, the calendar is not a major concern. Instead than waiting for the right moment, just do it.
Opt for light-colored garments, preferably white. You should not wear black. Keep in mind that subtle perception is at play here. No need to brace yourself for a stab to the forehead from the vibration. It will begin even if you feel only a little pinch or tingle in the space between your eyebrows. Improving and expanding one's perspective is the goal of every single exercise in the book. Keep in mind that without imagination and visualization, there is no dreaming. Accept what is given to you. All people already have a little tremor in the space between their brows. The goal is to bring attention to this inherent frequency so that it may be nurtured in due course. Before you put these steps into action, make sure you read the next text many times.
