The HolySpirit wants to do much more through the Body of Christ but very few are yielding in this present day,the purpose of this book is to help us as believers to mature in our walk with God and manifest the power of God in a greater dimension as we are in the last of the last days.

             The Move of the Spirit in the early Church

Act1:8

8. But ye shall receive power,after that the HolyGhost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem and in all of Judaea,and in Samaria,and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Acts 2:1-4

1. When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

2. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

3. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

4. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

The disciples were gathered in the upper room,they were waiting eagerly for the promise of the HolySpirit.Jesus had assured them before he ascended that the HolySpirit will come to be with them and will empower them for the work committed into their hands.

It was the day of Pentecost,the disciples had been praying and suddenly there was an unusual occurrence,it was a visible manifestation of Glory and Power,there was a mighty rushing wind and also there was a physical appearance of cloven tongues of fire upon them.This was not just a divine visitation or a one time encounter,it was the arrival of the HolySpirit.It is quite confusing how some theologians and Bible teachers portray the HolySpirit as a week and inferior member of the God-head,in reality considering the majestic arrival of the HolyGhost on the day of Pentecost,it signifies Power,Glory and Dominion.

Acts 2:14-17

14. But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judæa, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: 

15. For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. 

16. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17. And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God,

I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh:

And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,

And your young men shall see visions,

And your old men shall dream dreams.

Acts2:41-43
