Anger

Lord, your Word tells me you are slow to anger. I cannot always say the same of myself. I confess there are plenty of days where I move the wrong way—a harsh word, a hasty action, and sometimes I hold onto my anger for the rest of the day. I don’t want to be like this. When I feel anger rising, Lord, let your love and forgiveness rise faster.
