Number one habit that is making some Christians not living a long life is overeating.
Our body has a limit of what it can contain at a particular time, thereby eating too much will our body system worked more than necessary. Overwork of the body system can lead to an untimely death. You need to eat moderately if you want to live a long life. For example, eating too much meat can cause the kidneys to produce more concentrated urine, causing dehydration. A lot of people that experience body odor today are a result of eating too much meat. Thirdly, eating too much meat can cause constipation. Take a lot of vegetables and fruits with little meat to avoid constipation. Fourthly, Another most important reason you must avoid too much meat is that it causes vision loss. Most people that got blind today may be as a result of eating too much meat because the saturated fat in meat is thought to be harmful to the tiny blood vessels of the eyes.
Fifthly, too much intake of meat can cause weak bones.
Sixthly, it causes headaches. We need to eat enough carbohydrates to avoid headaches when eating meat.

To prevent excess fat gain, try filling up on lean proteins and non-starchy vegetables before eating higher carb and higher fat foods.

Cultivate the habit of eating plenty of vegetables. Avoid high calories, processed foods, and so on.
