Where’s She At?

Misty eyed I tried

Hard not to cry

As she said good-bye

Walking out of my life

Why oh why,

Did she have to go

I wish I would know,

I miss her so!

Like a bird,

Without a home,

So I roam

In her search

Where is she at

Have you seen her?

Have you heard…..

Where she is at?

To Candy

Every day I arise

Only to realize

The love I saw in her eyes

Was soon to be compromised

She says we’re too apart

To come together

And that my endeavor

To love her is a waste

A waste of love,

A waste of time

A waste of my money

A waste of my life
