estate name appears on Jebraham (=dt. Abraham von Pomyana ) . Jebrammen (or Jebramy , later also Jebramow ) to go back, which in German means Abrahamsdorf . This name appears for the first time in a purchase letter ( issued in German ) from 1554 for the 70hooves large Stalauken estate by Michał von Abramsdorf and Albrecht von Ziperken " both free from the Johansburg area". Since there was no other Abramsdorf in the Johannisburg office , it can only be about Jebrammen (the goods settlement " Abrahamsruh " near Goldap was only built in 1838). A 1558 bill of sale issued by Caspar von Lehndorff mentions " Sygmundt von Gebrannofa from the Johanspurgisches ". However, there is no location Gebannofa . This Sygmundt of Gebrannofa can only be Sigmund of Pomian , who is mentioned in Pomian in 1535 and 1540 . In a note about the goods payment of the purchase price installment in 1559 he is already called Sigmundt Gebranouski .
Thus, from the designation of origin "von Jebrammen ", Polish "z Jebramowa ", then Gebramofski , finally in the second half of the 16th century the family name Abramowski emerged.
However, it should be noted that " Abramovsky " with a "y" or " Abramowski ", the goods that do not originate in the Masurian/East Prussian area (e.g. by adopting the name) are not dealt with here and therefore do not belong to the Abramowski noble family .
The heraldic animal of theJastrzębiecheraldic community is the hawk . The coat of arms shows a golden horseshoe with a golden knight's or cavalier's cross in the middle on a shield with a blue background. The gem adorns a helmet crowned with a crown of leaves and a chain with a golden amulet (a so-called tournament mark) . The hawk stands in the crown with spread wings and also holds a golden horseshoe and cross in its claw. The goods helmet cover is yellow and blue.
However, other coats of arms and coat of arms changes are known. Jebrammen is in the municipality ofProstken. Jebrammen was called Bachort from 1938 and has been called Jebramki since 1945 .
