Ratult ( Ratuld , Ratold ) -  Polish  coat of arms , because of the similarity often with  Szeliga confused .

In the red field a gold cross, shoulder down, with an etched silver cavalier's cross on it.

Gemstone - three ostrich feathers.

Labry red lined with gold.

In the Middle Ages, the entire emblem was gold and the jewel was unknown.

The coat of arms appeared in the Middle Ages. According to Szymański , it was lost in the 16th century. Niesiecki reports that the Ratuld family who used it had died out in its time.

According to Szymański , the name of the coat of arms is not known.

The list of names in the article comes from the Polish Herbarium of Tadeusz Gajl . According to the findings, with the title Ratułt weapons 20 families  herbownych the names:

A descendant of this Ratuld Hołobok was Wawrzyniec , he left a son Bonawentura or Dobrogost and another Czesach , from whom Władysław , son of Otto, the prince of Kalisz, bought Hołobok Square and the village of Staw in 1211 and the monks founded a monastery there the Cistercian rule , which was Zowie Ołobocki .

Ratuld coat of arms (vol. 8 p. 96)

Ratuld Coat of Arms . There should be half a gold ring upside down, in the middle of his cross, in a red field, three ostrich feathers on the helmet, that's how Fern describes it. about the coat of arms. fol . 587. Approx.volume . 2. fol . The 579th differs from the Szeliga coat of arms in that in Sheliga there should be a crescent moon, a cross and a peacock's tail on the helmet. No one writes on the occasion when this coat of arms was bought, but they agree that the Counts of the Ratuld family once flourished, and in 1296 Abbot Czyrzycki of St Gora Church. You wrote once with Skrzydlno , then with Kazimierz III. they had a controversy over the village of Szaflary in 14177 but it was returned to them after showing the right to it. But this house has not been there for a long time: Marek Ratuld not only left his only daughter, who after marrying Jan Pieni, ek judge Krakowski, Staroste von Sądecki and Nowotargski , transferred the entire property to the house of the Pieniążek family . Our authors of the Ratultów von Działosz coat of arms also write, but they have put together what they are talking about here. Paprocki on coat of arms, Ratuldów already under the Szeliga coat of arms , already under Ratuld , but it must be a mistake due to the similarity of the two coats of arms.
