A suggestion from the author

On how to read this book:

Obviously, anyone can read it as they want, but there is a little suggestion I feel like giving. Here's what I mean.

Note 1

Definition of a closed question: question that can be answered with Yes, No, or I don't know.

Examples:

1) Did you eat last night?

2) Are you going on vacation this summer?

Note 2

Definition of open question: question that cannot be answered with Yes, No, or I don't know.

Examples:

3) What will you do when you graduate?

4) What are the things that worry you the most in this world?

And here is the tip for reading:

1) Each time you find a question on a point, answer it in writing;

2) If, in a point, you do not find any questions, write at least two questions that come to your mind, one closed and one open, and answer them in writing.

By doing so, you will better understand the meaning of what you read.

Finally, anytime you are unable to answer a question, just write "I can not answer."

Note on VFI:

It is a symbol that recalls the concept of True/False/I don't know, closely linked to the judgment that everyone gives within themselves in front of closed questions.

It is, therefore, useful whenever one asks: "Is what I perceive True or False?"

Does anyone wonder what the meaning of our being in the world is?

The New World was born on 11th March 2005

(It has been anticipated for thousands of years, since eternity)

Every seed, planted in the right conditions, develops according to the Law, giving rise to a beautiful tree and producing delicious fruit. Nothing can resist the Light which illuminates the Universe creating Harmony, that only knowledge of the Truth can reproduce within itself.

The Truth can only be found on one's own path, and it is achieved by cleansing oneself of the imperfections of one's soul, which contains a copy of the Universal Law.

Powerful is he who can stand in the midst of noise and continue to listen to himself. It means that within him is manifested Spiritual Energy, the true source of Life.

The judge of Truth is in the Being who lives with Humility.

How sweet it is to nourish you with my fruits, but even sweeter for me that you can taste these products of your soul, where the Energy of the Spirit resides, just waiting to manifest itself.

Hope is the manner in which the Spirit appears when it manifests to the soul the desire to live.

The incredibly simple principle on which the Knowledge is based, and which will revolutionise the world, is this:

"From what I sense in my Soul, everything is either True, or False, or I am Unaware of it.

I can only Accept or Deny what I feel”.

This principle will free humanity, as it contains the Light, and is derived from the Light.

No corner of the Universe is untouched, as it is the same Principle of Existence. Soon many, and later all, will recognise the Principle of Life.

The tree grows modestly until it produces its fruit, and water descends from the mountains to the sea. It is thus that the Master gives light to his pupil and nourishes him, giving him the gift of Life.

The Light breaks the chains and man escapes from the maze, discovering Eternal Life. The Spirit reveals itself and blossoms in the soul of the Humble, in union with Universal Harmony.

One does not become great by trying to walk the path of the great, much less repeating their words, but along one's own path with great humility, that is, listening to oneself.

Words are not the Truth, but a mere manifestation of the Being. Those who claim that all words are the Truth claim to have fruit without the tree, or to achieve a goal without taking a path.

Man's soul contains the seeds of the Spirit, which manifest themselves through humility, which develop and produce Life.

• The glass must be filled before overflowing.

• The chicken believes that the whole world is within the egg until it puts its head outside the shell.

• He who falls into the pit is not always able to escape by himself.

• The life of every man is manifested in stages; only by growing is it possible to learn.

• Only the True Self leads to True Altruism, since both bear the character of the Truth.

• For many thousands of years the Truth has been spoken without being known.

• For thousands of years the False has been portrayed as the Truth.

• Only Clarity will lead to the true Life, and will be attained by separating the Truth from the False.

• By separating the Truth from the False, the infinite energy of the Spirit will be freed.

• Many confuse imagination with Knowledge.

• Every man, thanks to the Light, can distinguish within himself the Truth from the False, attaining Absolute True Clarity

• The key to solving all problems is to separate the Truth, the False, and that which we are Unaware of.

• Prejudices have obstructed humanity.

• Many seek the Truth in the words of others, and are not aware that it is within the soul; we just need to search for it in the right way.

• Many have spoken in the name of God, but they have not known.

• The Spirit manifests itself in every form of life.

• The tools to attain the Truth and to realise oneself are: Desire and Humility.

• For thousands of years humanity has sought to find the Truth, but has not yet seen the Light.

• Only those that have taken the right path will arrive at the right destination Θ Why there are ten Commandments.

• There are two kinds of Duty: the inner and the outer; between the two is the abyss.

• Respect, Strength and Determination… are these positive factors?

• The difference between Justice and Revenge.

• The laws of the New World are the laws of the Spirit, namely those of the Universal Law.

• What is the Universal Judgement?

• To the humble, the Truth appears through the soul.

• The Truth, when it is the Truth, is simple and contagious. Nothing can attract the soul more than the Light.

• The Light and Free Will.

• Where insecurity comes from and how it is eliminated.

• The mouse in the maze shows substantial evidence of intelligence.

• Pruning is one of the most valuable tools available.

• Man lives searching for Harmony and to merge with the Universe.

• Humanity is made up of children who believe they are men.

• The difference between Illusion and Hope.

• The Truth is in the small things.

• The Darkness is destined to be penetrated by the Light.

• Hell exists, and the state in which humanity finds itself demonstrates this. However, it can be conquered.

• Man is a child obstructed and afraid, living in fear, in hell. Waiting to be freed. Only the Light can liberate him.

• Men use different words to say the same thing, and the same words to mean different things.

• Soon the world will exist according to the Universal Law, under the Law of the Spirit.

• The Truth cannot be learned, only lived.

• A precise date for the New World: 11th March 2005 time 7.15. The Truth and the False have begun to separate in a definitive way, and forever. Finally, the power of the Light is active. Humanity can no longer turn back, because this is the power of the True Light.

If you have a loved one and want to wish them well you can share a page like this with them. Their soul will do the rest, in time. Sometimes just a minute speck of dust can block a wonderful mechanism. Take it away and the mechanism will start working again!

Nobody can give us more wealth than we already have inside. The problem for the vast majority is how to get it. Beware of magic wands: they don't exist, but someone manages to make money by selling them!

Here is a nice thought from Socrates, with whom I could only agree:

1) A mediocre teacher tells things.

2) A good teacher explains them.

3) A great teacher demonstrates them.

4) A Master inspires.

I think that when someone talks to us, it is appropriate for us to try to understand which category our interlocutor belongs to. This is my humble opinion, or judgment if you prefer.

Some people empower construction. Others empower destruction (I'd like to see someone who could deny it!). But are we truly able to distinguish them?

With brains reduced to gruel, it is not so easy to reason correctly… It’s my personal opinion, of course!

I don't know around you, but around me, I see very few brains functioning correctly. I understand that it could be because of my faulty sight, so maybe I will try to change my glasses.

What do you think of this intuition?

Many are not powerful, but they have the illusion of being powerful because they are slaves to the powerful.

It's a bit like saying, "I have little power, but you don't know how much my master has!”

You may disagree, but a consideration comes to my mind. Many are not bothered by injustices. They are just bothered by the injustices they have personally suffered or have to suffer. Can you perceive the meaning of this sentence? It seems to me it is expressed quite clearly.

Browsing the internet, I see that there are many “masters”; they are all people capable, or who believe they are, of indicating the Way, that is, the road to Happiness. But what tools do we have to distinguish True Masters from False Masters?

Shall we talk about Logic?

What do you think of this dialectical confrontation?

“The fox and the grapes” and the VFI.

So, here is my analysis. I told you to apply VFI very carefully to this Aesop's fable:

“A hungry fox, as it saw bunches of grapes hanging from a vine, wished to grab them but was

unable to do so. Moving away, it said to itself: 'They are unripe anyway.'”

And you replied:

“An analysis of the Aesopian tale of the fox and the grapes: The fox says that the grapes are

unripe because they are not within its reach. The fox is, therefore, mendacious as, because of arrogance and presumption, it does not admit defeat, compared to the crow that feeds on the grapes because it can eat them. Moral: a fox can never become a crow and vice versa”.

As you can see, this is pure madness! Not only did you not do what I asked you to do (and now I will soon do), but you even brought out the crow. You seem like a conjurer! Finally, you also suggested a moral for the story, which is very much like that of “the frog and the ox”.

What minestrone, Andrea! Your brain seems to be shattered. And you want proof? Why? Isn’t what you gave enough?

Now, here is my analysis of the original text:

“A hungry fox, as it saw bunches of grapes hanging from a vine, wished to grab them but was unable to do so. Moving away, it said to itself: ‘They are unripe anyway.’”

1) Is the fox hungry? VFI -> Yes - True (V).

2) Did the fox see bunches of grapes hanging from a vine? VFI -> Yes - True (V).

3) Did the fox want to grab them? VFI -> Yes - True (V).

4) Was the fox capable of it? VFI -> No - False (F).

5) Did the fox go away, saying that the bunches were unripe? VFI -> Yes - True (V).

6) Were the bunches truly unripe? VFI -> We don’t know - I don’t know (I).

7) Did the fox want to do something but failed? VFI -> Yes - True (V).

8) Were the bunches ripe? VFI -> We don’t know - I don’t know (I) (The story does not give this information).

9) Moral: if the bunches were ripe, they remained ripe even after the Fox’s judgment.

They indeed did not become unripe because of the fox’s judgment. Furthermore, the fox, in the whole situation, did not highlight its failure. In essence, it sought comfort in the illusion, considering what it had been “forced” to choose.

You see, Andrea, I didn’t want to go deeper, but this analysis is very serious. Compare it to yours and learn what you can. If you don’t learn anything, don’t worry: the Universal Law will teach you when you’re ready.

Could you define the difference between “real object” and “imaginary object”?

Of course, as long as there is a difference between the two for you.

What difference is there between what we think and what we say?

Do you indeed think the words we use are not unequivocal, and therefore others always understand us when we speak?

And if, instead, they are equivocal, what sense does it make to use them?

Amid so much blah blah blah, I genuinely think that the VFI will play an extraordinarily important role.

Do you remember the “dark forest” from Dante Alighieri’s work… and what about those who don’t know they have the equivalent inside?

Well, it’s true; you can try to turn a blind eye, but then the Spirit will protest and make us suffer. Well, the VFI could be just the right tool for creating order and cleanliness in the “dark forest” that everyone carries inside, allowing us to free ourselves.

And wouldn’t it be like finding the right way? Maybe the same way that Buddha (and some others) wanted to show!

Before reacting or responding to what others are telling us, shouldn’t we make sure we understand what they are saying?

Could we be in harmony with ourselves without listening to ourselves?

Also, could we be in harmony with others without being in harmony with ourselves? You can only answer in three ways (VFI):

1) Yes

2) No

3) I don’t know

As an alternative… you can nicely escape without answering!

Instead of waiting for someone to reveal the truth to us… why don’t we seek it ourselves?

What if our Spirit wanted this?

What if so much suffering was generated precisely by the fact that we do not decide to be free?

This is a respectable hypothesis! Don't you agree?

And if all of these (pseudo) “masters”, before spreading their knowledge (or their ignorance), tried to argue, and agreed a bit what do you think? Wouldn’t that be a lovely idea? Maybe it would even be useful!

Obviously, like that guy said, “Personal opinion!”

You know, I confess one thing to you: I am not a Knowledge expert, but I think I am becoming an Ignorance expert.

Do you know what this entails, if you had to guess? That I find it very difficult to recognise the Wise, but I easily distinguish the Ignorant (even if they pretend to be wise, of course).

On the other hand, we are interested not in the masks but in what is underneath.

I have great news… I’m opening a gym for the Spirit…

For now, know that I am working it, and will let you know where it will open! Maybe I’ll open more than one so you can ALL sign up and participate.

I know it’s easy to think: “Oh my God, another ‘master’, who discovered hot water and wants to earn lots of money by selling us a never-before-seen discovery!”

Inspiration

Some inspire us by guiding us toward reality; others inspire us by guiding us toward fantasy.

It is hard to tell between the two if you don’t have the Knowledge!

Thus, we often find ourselves in a place we don’t want to be thanks to others.

Have patience! At best, we can go back only having lost time, resources… and something else!

This speech is impressive; I announce it to you in advance.

1) You have a guide, and you think they can be your Master.

2) Do you think they are infallible, and therefore everything they tell you is True?

3) If you consider them infallible, what do you do?

4) If you think they are not infallible, how do you know what they’re wrong about?

You understand that this is not just a theoretical case, since, as we know, many choose people by whom to be guided: wise people, masters, gurus, teachers, etc.

The labels…

Many become attached to the labels they create, thinking of enclosing in a label what is anyone's guess. Labels are actually like words; they are just symbols, often empty, to which you would like to attribute who knows what magical power.

Thus, associations of the enlightened, free men, artists, geniuses, etc., etc., can be created. Have you tried taking a very poor wine and changing its label? However valuable the label may be, according to my calculations, the wine would not change its nature.

If tomorrow, a State law were made that would require all citizens to be intelligent… how many do you think would be able to respect it? To the eye, I would say that the number of those who were intelligent, before the law was made, would still be the same.

Many consider themselves very friendly because they exchange countless messages as anonymously with a large number of other unknown people. Have you sometimes tried to contact any of these characters in person, for example, by phone?

If so, you have probably discovered how evanescent they are; their consistency is often less than that of a summer cloud.

Once I exchanged a few messages with a certain “Mr So-and-So5”; until one day I asked him, again through messages in the forum, whether, given his experience (since he’d had one because of the name), “Mr So-and-So5” or “Mr So-and-So10” was to be considered more anonymous… You won't believe it, or maybe you will… not only did he not answer me, but he also stopped posting on the forum.

Is it possible that that person has been enlightened?

And think that he seemed or, perhaps better, he felt so cultured and lovable!

The VFI in two words…

“According to what I feel in my Soul, everything is True, or it is False, or I don’t know it.

I can only Recognise or Deny what I feel”.

Those who learn to apply it (and it takes very little to do so) discover in themselves an enormous power… much greater than the case of a blind person gaining his eyesight.

So, do we want to open the gym? Now that we do, I will also give you the address, as promised.

We can open as many as we want. Let’s also say that everyone can open one, register for free, and attend at any time. Moreover, they are always at hand…

I’m talking about your soul, the best gym we have, which is always available and free.

It is only there that we can perform the extraordinarily important job of Realising ourselves.

I know it has never occurred to many that such a gym is at their service, so they seek one (or more than one) outside of themselves.

The mind is a precious tool, but if you don’t know how to use it correctly, it can create a lot of trouble!

Be careful not to mistake the great “internal mess” for great depth, either cultural or spiritual.

Unfortunately, people often use their brains as trash bins where they throw (or store) as much rubbish as possible. Dante Alighieri called it the “dark forest”, but he would have done better to call it a “rubbish dump” or an “anti-ecological dump”, not authorised by the Spirit.

Some beliefs are worse than big chains, and for this reason, they prevent evolution, and therefore Realisation.

However, there is a kind of special “nippers” capable of breaking these chains.

Imagine a slave who thought he had to spend the rest of his life in the slave state and who, at a certain point, discovered that it takes “just a moment” to gain Freedom!

It is precisely that moment in which that “big chain” breaks.

Everything is so simple that it seems magical, and therefore incredible. Yet it is true!

There are two potent tools that very few can use really well:

1) Concentration

2) Meditation

Yet, strange to say, their use can be learned in a minute!

This is certainly better than long courses and seminars, free or paid!

Wise people spread their knowledge; Ignorant people spread their ignorance… everything spreads its being.

Isn’t it natural to expect an acorn to grow into an oak?

Be careful about those who say, “I have found a way to organise your life… follow me!” Typically these are “vampires” who need your energy to feed.

Those who want what is best for you do not say “Close your eyes and follow me”, nor “Open your eyes and follow me”; on the contrary, they say, “Open your eyes and go”.

What happens to our body when we overeat?

What happens to our soul if we fill it with too much information?

I don’t know if it can be called paranoia.

However, I will try to explain the concept to you.

The world today is going through a phase of vital “spiritual concern”, so much so that a significant aberration of intellectual capacities is developing and spreading.

Books and False Masters are encouraging the phenomenon, which is flowing into a real “collective pathology”, with the tendency to become an epidemic.

In short, I am worried about the dysfunctions I see on the horizon.

A powerful symptom, which some of you may have already noticed - and if not, you will soon see it - is what leads to denying your Consciousness.

This situation will lead the individual to delude himself more and more that he is social, while in reality, he is isolating himself until he becomes an “individual sect”.

What masks, friends! And how well they are glued!… but still destined to fall sooner or later.

Here is an effect produced by this mechanism.

If by showing the True you offer the Light to your interlocutors, you can obtain two results, and probably you have already noticed this if you have paid attention:

1) Some people approach with a strong feeling of attraction and desire.

2) Others become fierce opponents and move away, perhaps even cursing.

When real Clarity comes, there is no longer room for Ambiguity, and crafty people have a hard time.

Don’t tell me you haven’t noticed, because I won’t believe it!

A tip on how to read this message: do not look for the meanings of single words… listen to yourself to “feel” what it leaves you inside, and you will discover that it is not a “mental” message but a “spiritual” one.

If you feel love or hate, know that it is your Spirit that is trying to have its say.

It indeed amuses me, you know?

I am referring to those individuals who claim that “Truth does not exist”.

But how can they fail to understand that, in essence, they are saying, “Trust me, what I am saying is not true”?

Poor people, it seems to me that their brains are mush!

Oh sure, I know, they don’t know what they say! It is evident.

In truth, it is miserable because they have the gift of speech, but they do not have the gift of thought.

And anyway Spirit, Thought and Word are well disconnected in them.

Do you know why many don’t find certain things?

Simple because they look for them outside, and they don’t know that they have them inside.

The rule is simple: you can find things if you search for where they are.

Things built on delusions are bound to collapse sooner or later.

That is why many are afraid of the truth and run away from it.

Considering that our Spirit has its own View, there are two main categories, separated by a real Abyss:

1) Those who recognise what they See.

2) Those who deny what they See.

We can call the first True and the second False.

How simple all of this is, friends!

It seems that the great Socrates said:

1) The mediocre teacher tells.

2) The good teacher explains.

3) The excellent teacher demonstrates.

4) The master inspires.

Why don’t I read books?

It’s because the best book for me is my soul.

Why don’t I write books?

Because the best book for others is their soul.

Think how absurd…

We have been taught we must not judge, instead of being taught how we can judge!

In other words, they taught us how to run away from a problem instead of teaching us how to deal with it and solve it.

Not satisfied, they made violence to us or tried to do it, sticking in our heads that there are no problems.

Who wouldn’t want to put the world in order?

But who could do so without having first created true order within themselves?

How can those who cannot rid themselves of their defects think of eliminating those of others? Pure delusion!

Listen to this. I guarantee that it can be potent.

The activities to be performed are simple:

1) Concentration

2) Meditation

The sectors involved are equally simple:

a) Feelings (Spirit)

b) Thinking (Thoughts)

c) Speaking (Words)

The mental tool to use is VFI.

That’s all!

Some build their castle to be defended by it; others build it to defend it.

The same goes for ideas and beliefs: the right ones defend us; the wrong ones, we have to defend them.

The art of knowing is closely related to the art of asking questions. True or false?

Whenever we ask ourselves if something is True or False, we use or can use the VFI.

Extraordinary things happen when we consciously use the VFI.

And to think that it only takes a few minutes to begin using it correctly. Much more than giving Eyesight to the Blind!

Honestly, what would you think if someone said to you: “Look, you’re living with your eyes closed”, and it was proven to you. Perhaps your eyes would be opened in just a few moments!

Some organise their life as masters; others organise their life as slaves… in the end, all happy and content!

What escapes many, however, is that some are slaves to being masters, while others are slaves to being slaves.

Moral: what the heck do both of them live to do?

Is there indeed a God who enjoys seeing all of these people in the arena?

What if we try to use some of those few or many talents that we have luckily or unfortunately received?

Have you ever noticed what can happen to a brain that tries to do something beyond its capacity?

I wonder why the hell we have been given the ability to delude ourselves.

Isn’t it by chance that someone is enjoying seeing us floundering in trouble?

Being realises itself.

Each delusion is a chain, and as such, prevents us from Realising ourselves.

Each broken chain, therefore each dissolved delusion, produces further freedom.

It’s an incredibly simple process, when you understand the mechanism.

It is just what the mouse understands inside the maze, or what the tree knows when it learns to move its roots into the soil.

Should we teach the water that comes down from the mountains how to reach the sea?

Do we have to instruct an acorn to become an oak?

And then a question becomes spontaneous: do we really need to look for one or many Masters outside, when perhaps the best one is inside us? What if the one from outside conveys not only his virtues but also his defects? Do you believe that ignorant pupils may know this? If they know how to do so, it is just because their inner Master is superior to every external Master, and therefore he knows how to guide them with his Judgment.

If you face evil, is it wise to avoid it?

If a righteous one has the right to exist, does an evil one have the same right? Why should a righteous one have a right that an evil one does not have? Or do we want to solve everything by stating that the righteous and the wicked do not exist, as if to say that good and evil do not exist?

Some of these questions are “closed”, and can be answered with a simple “Yes, No, I don’t know”… that is with the VFI. Others are “open”, that is, they leave room for reflection and meditation.

Yet how many try to solve problems without having the necessary skills and tools?

Many seek Realisation not by respecting the Spiritual Law, but by respecting human laws. For this reason, they face incredible pains.

Therefore, you are so buried that a whole life of digging is often not enough to find your Self.

Do you have a method? Do you follow your nose? Do you ask your mom? Or the priest? Or the scientist who has written a lot of books? Or whom else?

If you want to build something resilient, the best way is not to admire its strengths; look for its weak points, and take remedial actions instead.

Of course, I am not speaking the Gospel, so you can easily disagree with me. Don’t worry… I won’t feel offended. That type of EGO, like many love to call it, has long since died in me!

Many people live in great inner confusion, and mistake all this for a depth of thought.

So they go in search of spiritual guides, “masters”, who often end up complicating the matter! At some point, it may be helpful to ask yourself, “What is the difference between being confused and being profound?”

Maybe some of you have already noticed, but “There is a Source in us…”

If you put together all the “masters” of past, present and future, they can only teach you a microscopic part of what your inner Master can teach you.

In us, there is an Inexhaustible Source that only waits to make us a gift of Itself. That’s possible when we begin to genuinely listen to our Master: the Spirit who generates everything.

So, I would say that if an external Master does not humbly help you discover the true Master, the internal Master, the best thing is to abandon them as soon as possible.

How long does it take to discover the inner Master, the only one who is worth following to the end? A short time! Just start:

1) Wanting it.

2) Seeking the True, the Real.

3) Demolishing illusions, since they do not lead to anything but the waste of one’s Resources.

Furthermore, it is worth remembering that at one point, our Master becomes the favourite

interlocutor of our soul… to the extent that the soul abandons itself to its infinite wisdom. It is not a forced abandonment - for who knows by what Commandment - but a spontaneous abandonment, inevitable, just as the desire for water is unavoidable for the one who is thirsty.

Do you think that the water that comes down from the mountains to join the ocean suffers? Do you believe that a Commandment is needed for the acorn to become oak? Certainly not! It is its nature that is realised, and it does so in full respect of the Universal Law.

So, friends, don’t follow this or that… just try to deeply understand who you are.

At first, the personal Master, the inner Master, whispers, almost as if you don’t hear him. But the more you listen to him, the more the tone of his voice rises, and it will reach a point where you can only hear Him.

That’s the moment in which He gives the Light necessary to See the Way and the Energy required to follow it.

That leads to Self-Realisation… of your very Being.

What is the probability that a newborn can defend himself against the violence of the world? Thus, educators, teachers, and masters do not teach him how to face evil and overcome it, but rather teach him how to suffer it without complaining.

On the other hand, how could slaves educate a child to freedom?

How could losers teach him to be a winner?

Many are addressed with an elementary form of bartering: “Adapt to our rules, and we won’t let you miss anything!”

A bit like saying: “As long as you give up your independence and being yourself, you can have everything else”.

Is there a more effective form of violence and prostitution?

And does anyone have the courage to say that this world is “perfect” and that we must accept and love everything as it is?

But maybe they are just sick people who don’t know what they are saying, even if they often claim to be “masters”.

Fighting for one’s freedom can cost a lot, but are you sure not doing so will not end up costing more?

The act of inhaling and exhaling allows our body to “extract” from the air what it needs to stay alive (oxygen).

In the same way, the VFI allows our soul to extract from the things accumulated in our mental warehouse what it needs to build and follow its path (the True).

It is not healthy for the body to breathe polluted air, just as it is not healthy for the soul to mix True and False and feed on this mixture.

Here is a project that I consider very interesting: developing the technique of Inner Life. You no longer need any estrangement by fault or merit of this or that, but everyone can take the helm of their existence and acquire Self-control with Light and Power.

Friends, it’s easier than you think… What is essential is to begin, just like when you unravel a skein having first found the key from which to start.

On the other hand, where could a blind man go without a compass? In this case, both the Eyesight and the Compass are within us.

If you think you need long courses and seminars to get started… you’re wrong. How long does it take to open your eyes if they are closed? Just a moment! True! How long does it take to press the power button in a dark room and light it up? Just a moment! True! And here, it is the same thing. To do things, often, it only takes just a moment… as long as you understand what you need to do. How many times have you wondered how easy it would have been to do something if only you had known how to do it beforehand?

Some thoughts:

(Truth is within us)

1. Many want to solve problems without asking themselves if they really know them, what they are, and if they have the tools to do so.

2. False teachings have caused incredible damage to individuals and humanity.

3. Many talked about things they didn’t know.

4. Imagination and Knowledge have been confused.

5. The inner drive, generated by the Universal Law, has been blocked for thousands of years due to false teachings. Now, Humanity must pass from Death to Life, and from Darkness to Light.

6. How do you distinguish the things that matter from those that don’t matter? Or at least the ones that are worth more? Many have chosen to believe in others, but did not know that among them were the true and the false, the wise and the ignorant, the righteous and the wicked. The answer lies in the soul since everyone is “independent”… they must only be properly nourished.

7. You can create a method to verify your inner level yourself. It could be part of the Book of Truth.

8. Many confuse their heap of notions with Knowledge, as well as memory with intelligence.

9. Discovering one’s ignorance is the first step of knowledge.

10. Doubt, if split, gives rise to the separation of True and False.

11. When choosing something, it is good to see what has you discard. If you don’t discard anything, it is not a choice.

12. Many live without choosing but only believing they do. You exercise Freedom at the moment of choice. Even when choosing the right thing because it is inevitable, there is a choice, if there is awareness of what you are doing and what you are avoiding.

13. Humanity has always believed things true or false, without ever discerning the true from the false. This is an activity that human being has not practised; therefore, his soul has been blocked by prejudices, which have taken the place of judgments. So everyone has been stuck on the side of truth or that of the false, without evolving, that is, without growing, therefore without living. In essence, the individual has somehow lived in a sort of prison for thousands of years. 14. For many, the problem is not that of being themselves, but of being similar to others.

15. The laboratory of knowledge is within us, just as the laboratory of a tree is inside the seed. The external environment serves it only to feed itself.

16. I crush a nut and say to the child: “Now eat it”. What does the child do?
