Elaine Marmel is President of Marmel Enterprises, LLC, an organization specializing in technical writing and software training. Elaine has an MBA from Cornell Universtiy and previously worked on projects building financial management systems in both New York City and Washington, DC. She has authored over seventy books predominantly on business productivity software.
